You get what you pay for and it was pretty cheap.

The beds were comfortable. Nice vending machines, nice staff.

The room was not clean. The tile felt greasy and the carpet is super old and felt sticky/greasy. There was an odd smell. Maybe old cigarettes. The hallway was dirty and dingy.

Quick and easy, convenient, get what you pay for.

location was great. easy check in. bed was comfortable

a little outdated. bathtub had some black mold around shower. burn marks in duvet. stains on chairs and walls. peeling and old paint. No smoking inside hotel was great, except you walk through a cloud of smoke from people smoking outside to enter. :(

Even though the staff were responsive to our needs, the place was overpriced for the condition of it

The smoke detector was missing from the room, the door lock did not work very well, and the place was in need of a massive renovation.

I was their 3 days and it was a quiet friendly place to stay.

Excellent location. You can walk from Amtrak to this location on a huge river. Breakfast was OK

I have stayed there before and will stay there again.

The front desk staff was rude to us when we arrived, the rooms next to us were loud and partying until midnight, and for breakfast there was not much options.

Toilet in our room did not flush. Room smelled bad. Walls had many areas of damage/crumbling plaster. The chair in our room had stains like someone had peed on it. Only were given one room key. Very overpriced for very bad quality.

Disappointing

Breakfast was just waffles. No bagels or anything that can be taken to go. Room and hallway kind of smelled. Bathroom wasn’t very clean.

Old, beat-up, dirty, close to no services. To high of price, especially for the Norman Bates vibe I got from the whole stay.

location and price- housekeeping staff was very friendly but front desk just seemed annoyed

The lady that checked me in was very nice, the lady that set up breakfast was extremely helpful. Location was 8 minutes away from where I was going.

My tub was stopped up. Housekeeping came to my room before 11am asking me if I was staying or checking out. This is the first time I've ever been bothered about checking out, it was very rude and it ruined my day! The lady that checked me out wasn't very friendly.

Great location but very dirty rooms

The location to Harrisburg was great and only a short drive Hershey.

The room was dirty! The bedding was clean but everything else was gross. The bathroom tub would fill up during the shower due to drainage issues. When I told the front desk they wanted to move us but had to do it later in the day due to being fully booked. While talking to the front desk the house keeper informed me that the tubs flood in almost all of the rooms anyways so we just stayed in the one we had. After showering the bathroom doesn’t have a fan/ vent. So the entire bathroom would be covered in sticky water due to humidity. The back of the door literally had water running down and and my gf said she had to wipe all of the stuff down before using it because it was wet. After showering and walking around the carpeted room barefoot my feet started to turn black as if the carpet has NEVER been vacuumed it was so gross. I threw an extra blanket in the ground to walk across or wore shoes when I could. When we checked in the front desk lady told us the wrong room number so naturally the key didn’t work. I then went down there and got the key fixed for that room and when I arrived back at the room the key did work but there were bags on the bed and someone was clearly occupying the room. We didn’t enter the room and again returned to the front desk to get it sorted out. Turns out they told us the wrong room the first time which is why the key didn’t work the first time. Once we got the correct key and correct room everything was good but I did have a fear that they would mess up again and give our room key and number to someone else.
