Expected better

The lobby was nice. Staff at front lobby were kind. Nice area/location.

Room 107 has a hole in bathroom wall. Sheer curtain, no blinds, no privacy. Anyone could look in room from outside.. Stains on the furniture (the chairs). Stains on pillowcases and stains on the walls. Pet hair on the carpet. I expected more cleanliness for the price of $ 385 for two nights.

Pleasant

Location near the facilities I was visiting (Glenn HS for WGI)

No breakfast, no breakfast room, no coffee, no amenities. At 144$ I was looking for something more than just a room.

no food- at all! Not even coffee or bottled water. I didn’t have a car and no close restaurants and no food in the pantry! And Hair dryer didn’t work!

The gym is a bit outdated.

Passable

The kitchenette was well done and the fitness center was more than adequate for my needs. The staff was very attentive and housekeeping did a great job on the room. The laundry was also free, which was a bonus.

While the staff was always attentive, our request to upgrade our room was deferred through all three shifts "I'll make a note." There was also the lingering smell of cigarette smoke throughout.

The hotel is old looking. Walking down the 3rd floor hallway felt like I was going to step into a hole.

50/50 chance you will have a good stay if they can control the riff raff and loud music.

I wasn't made aware of any breakfast. I liked the bedroom. I liked the spaciousness.

I didn't like that the ventilation system used to port cool air from the ductless air conditioner wasn't working. I didn't like that loud music kept my family up all night and after two phones calls to the office, Brian could not find the source. I think Brian was maybe hosting the party. how could you not hear the bass drum thumping through the walls is beyond me. I almost packed up and left in the middle of the night.

Not worth the price.

Staff is really nice, they allow pets, and the pet deposit is the cheapest we have ever had to pay, but that's probably because they over charge for the rooms...

We booked the room that had a separate king bedroom, living area with fold out couch, and a good size kitchen. There was no ac unit in the bedroom, just the living area, with a vent that is supposed to circulate the air (I guess) but it was so hot. The living area was cold, but the room seemed to never cool off, even when leaving the door open all day and night, and a fan blowing into the room to help push the air in. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in. This was not worth the money we spent. We stay in the same type of rooms at Marriott and Hilton hotels all the time, and they aren't even that expensive, and, they have central air, or at least an ac unit in each room.

Wish a pool was included in this stay.

Some of the staff were very friendly but others not too friendly.

The lobby smelled of very strong scent spray. It seems that the front desk clerks must smoke and mask the lobby with a large amount of strong spray that almost causes you to choke. That needs to get addressed.

Disappointed

The location was perfect to restaurants and shopping.

I was their for 7 nights and they didn’t inform me when I checked in, that when you ask for a housecleaning your only allowed only one cleaning. Asked for a cleaning after on 3rd day, so on my 5 day, when asked again they said no cleaning, but would supply towels and TP if needed. So, my Trash overflowed, ran out of toilet paper even tho I called front desk and spoke to front desk in person and I still had to walk down to the front desk to get a roll of TP. I also think they had fleas in the carpet, began to notice them by my last evening in the carpet. I didn’t spend a lot of time in the room during the day, just in the evening to sleep so didn’t really see them before.

Probably wouldn’t stay again:(

No breakfast was served

The place was not very clean. The hallway carpet had mud on it that was there when we checked in and there 2 days later when we left. The house keepers would pile the trash right by the elevator doors until they were done cleaning the hall- which they did not service our room during the stay - which is ok but the place overall looked dirty and not well kept

Everything.. they have free laundry. Hot guys on jobs from outa town.

The price but I'm low budget, and it's not there fault.. the entrances are kinda bad
