That place needs to be shutdown

The staff, dirty bed's was so uncomfortable tub dirty door was previous kicked in by the police had to move me to a different room that was unclean as well it was just unsanitary in there

The staff was friendly and it was clean

The first room we went to, the hinge was off the top of the door, so we got a new room. No pool, no wifi, our TV didn't work, no breakfast

Staff did not want or care to change me into something comfortable I could not shower was unable to sleep.

I'd stay again for the price and the room was clean

Price and cleanliness

Loud because my room was next to elevator. The person that booked me in didn't even look at me and only said what she needed to. No coffee pot, no microwave and one lamp didn't work.

Would not recommend to anyone

The location was good. Breakfast was poor selection.

The room we had booked wasn't even cleaned from the previous night, and had 1 bed instead of 2 like we had booked, So they did give us a different one. There were no towels in the bathroom. The hallway was very dirty. Smell was not pleasant

I liked the cable and Wi-Fi. And I liked the overnight staff.

I did not like how I seen boogers all across my door to enter the room, that was unsanitary. I couldn’t receive a late check out, which was rude and not normal. And also I almost got attacked by someone who was wandering the property seemed to be on drugs, scared me badly !! The sheets and covers had burn holes everywhere and when I requested two towel a housekeeper purposely made sure to give me one, leaving me to have to find my children another towel

Didn't get to stay long they messed up my reservation. I have stayed in the past, never again.

This hotel has a very disorganized staff that can't answer questions. Found out later he was actually the owner.

TRAP SPOT

Clean towels and linens.

It's in rural area of Brooklyn Center known for high drug and criminal activities, etc. I know because I was born and raised around this area, it WAS A DECENT HOTEL at one time. My teenagers found a man passed out in the hallway... **RED FLAG AS FAR AS SAFETY AND SECURITY GO**. PAYING ALMOST 200 DOLLARS FOR 2 DAYS IS NOT MY IDEA OF A DEAL, it looked and felt like a homeless shelter with the traffic coming in and out there, but personally....I DON'T THINK THIS ESTABLISHMENT SHOULD BE ON BOOKING, PRICELINE, ORBITS, ETC. I wouldn't let my dog 🐶 stay here
