The property is in a great location and has great value. The room was very spacious and the workers were all very kind and friendly. They were very communicative even before the stay.

Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was adequate.
I wish there had been a clock in the room. The refrigerator was so cold that the water in our water bottles turned into ice. I wish there had been something there with a list of eating facilities in the neighborhood (with phone numbers and addresses). Also, was only able to get four channels on the TV and they were extremely unsatisfactory.

Office manager called my cell-phone to confirm that I were on the way to the site after I had landed at SEATAC Airport, and she was friendly and energetic about the area. I was allowed a late-checkout (half-hour extension) too.
Several building areas (like the Manager's Office) were in obvious stages of repair, which could easily be a turn-off to area visitors, but I looked past that and simply went my way about the area.

Could not turn up the heat.
Water no hot enough out of shower
No outlet in bathroom

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The location was a fair walk from restaurants and grocery store, but convenient to a main transit artery to downtown.
A functional outlet in the restroom would have been useful.

Older property, but clean. Bed was very confortable. Jerry, the Manager, was friendly and helpful. Great value

The staff was super friendly and helpful.
We knew the location was a bit far from downtown, but you have good public transportation links close by.

Front desk help was really nice, the location was great.
Mattress was worn out. Paint was old. Shower was old and dripped. Room was not the cleanest.

Good value compared to other Seattle motels. Staff very friendly & helpful. Comfortable & clean. New bare wood floor is a big improvement over the previous old carpet.
A little old - needs some renovation, e.g., bedside lamps were loose & wobbly & one lacked a lightbulb.

Unbelievably nice staff at the front desk
I liked everything about my stay

There was not a lot of available hotels/motels in Seattle when we were there and unfortunately we ended up at that motel and the price was on the lower side compared to other places.
We had bad neighbors and we almost left on the second night. One of the neighbors was a lady talking to herself for hours with some mental illness and she even got a visit from the police and a social worker at midnight on the first evening we were there (I guess someone called the cops because she was talking too loud). The neighbor that was on top of us was doing some much noise like if he was walking with construction boots at all time. And the last bad neighbor was a guy getting into a fight, and it went physical, with a girl at five in the morning and again the cops showed up. So yeah basically we didn't slept well on those two nights and I would stay away from this place unless you don't mind cops getting there everyday.

Super friendly employees!
There was no hot water the morning of 5/7. Left voicemail at front desk # at 6am, since office doesn't open until 8am. Buzzed office door and told Manager's wife when we were ready to checkout at 7am. She apologized for no hot water.

They had checkout time on booking stated for 12:00 pm and it is actually 11:00 am and was banging on my door rudely.

I arranged to stay in the Marco Polo because I had brain surgery on Monday March 6. The hospital required me to stay with someone overnight the day I was released, which was March 7. My apartment did not have room for two beds, so I booked the hotel room so a friend could stay in the room with me, in his own bed. I chose the Marco Polo because it was economically priced. I am satisfied with my experience there.

It was quite cold and the manager was very receptive to our need, and provided a space heater forthwith. The staff let us know that they were available for questions should any need arise. Christine, Jonathan and the Lady Manager on duty when we arrived (Oh no! I can't remember her name- shame on me!) were very friendly, courteous, and informative. If you want to meet a really good Bryan Cranston look-alike come to Marco Polo Motel on Satrurdays and meet Jonathan! :)) - big smile emoji
I don't like how booking.com phrased this question- LOL. What could've been better?
There was enough lighting, the bed was comfortable enough for my wife and I, the space warmed up after we requested heat. New carpeting, exciting wallpaper or new paint, newer bed and bedding. Check my summary.

great location, cheaper than other places in the area.
room was not very clean. sheets and towels were clean and there was fresh soap so was clear someone did service the room. that said there were used batteries and tweezers on the floor by the bed and crumbs in the microwave. The lamps by the bed were both unplugged.
