It gives the feeling of a tropical iland getaway
Some maintenance issues, and mandatory parking fees of 30.00 per night. There should be a choice to allow people to park and walk to there room or pay the attendant to park your car for a fee.
I feel there would be more people staying there if they gave the choice.

The pool looked nice & the Caesar salad was alright.
It’s old, there wasn’t a phone to use in the room to call
the front desk or concierge (who didn’t even come pick us up, even though we called an hour ahead of time); and everything was outdated, it reminded me of
a poorly ran Super 8 Motel.
The amenities were mediocre.
On top of that, they charge you “resort fees“ on top of valet parking for $30 a day and on top of the outlandish rates that they charge per night.
See above.

Beautiful, peaceful surroundings, delicious food, friendly staff
Forced $30 daily valet parking fee, rooms need maintaining and renovations
7.0
Property was clean.
Overpriced for what you got. Cleaning of rooms is not done daily and parking is very expensive.

The two bedrooms were comfortable with our teenager
Needs repairs and updates

The staff were outstanding. We stayed there unexpectedly when Hurricane Idalia hit, to escape from Clearwater coast. The staff, particularly the front desk and the bell captains, were reassuring and extremely helpful.
The cost per night was expensive with an additional resort fee of $28 per night, which, given that the main pool and pool bar/cafe were closed, seemed a bit much.

Golf courses are nice. Staff is really accommodating and friendly. The lagoon like pool is really nice. The feel of the history of the property.
Place is pretty dated. The main restaurant was closed down. The hot tub water was cooler than the pool. It would be nice if there were a bit more to do (mini golf, slides at the pool an arcade room)

I love the view and the big space of the place.
First they put me on a second floor knowing l have a wellchair,so we have to walk back to the lobby and then he put us on the first floor the tv and shower water of the bathroom didn’t work so a handyman came and fix it nice guy ,l didn’t have a vehicle only transportation to pick up and drop off and l need my refund 3 times 30 dollars l didn’t have any car to stay or anything like that so please don’t over charge l didn’t have that service !1 toilet paper for 6 people incredible bag service

Location was nice and the grounds. Staff was very friendly.
Rooms were very dated, sofas were dingy and stained, not very clean, found dead bugs, and food particals on the carpets. Called to ask for them to vacuum, and no one ever showed up! Besides that, it was just a night to lay our heads down before we headed to the beach.

Our room was spacious and very clean! The front desk man was so nice and so helpful, the parking attendee was so helpful as well. I was very pleased with all the staff! The pool was great with plenty of space and gorgeous sunsets over the palms poolside. The landscaping is very lush and beautiful!
The rooms were definitely dated and need some renovation but beds were comfortable and rooms were clean.

Great facilities with various activities to do throughout your stay. You really dont need to leave the property as there are restaurants and other amenities within the resort.
Coffee Shop is never opened. Or the hours are very limited.

Beautiful resort with several amenities for entire family! The family suite is fully stocked with everything you need, and staff was very friendly.
We will be back next year!
Parking. This is a walking village resort and you have to park pretty far from the resort and walk or rely on golf carts. Valet is an option for $30 a day but even that wasn’t available on their busiest nights. We had to park miles away in an overflow lot and rely on the shuttle which wasn’t always running.

There was nothing positive to say about this place. I've been staying here for 5 years, once a year and it gets worse every single year. I'll be staying somewhere else next year.
Made a noise complaint because the people above me had their kid running laps until midnight, and back up at 6:30am on our last day. Security never came.
The room was literally trash. Disgusting carpets, sink did not drain until I fixed it, holes in ceiling, popcorn ceiling falling off, mold on bathroom ceiling, the room was musty, and the disgusting wallpaper had tiny patches like a 5th grader attempted to fix it by cutting out 2x2 squares and tried to glue it to the wall to cover up issues.
Two lamps are the only light source in the room, and one of them are missing the twist handle to turn it on.

1) sent us to a room already booked.
2) room we wound up in was 15 minute walk from main area. it was not clean, as open food had been left by others.
3) the restaurant was extremely loud.
4) the entire facility needs a renovation.
5) most of all… I got food poisoning at the reception Saturday.

Nice layout with pool area in center and bird sanctuary nearby.
The facilities and rooms are dated.
3.0
the view was ok.
The prices at the restaurant. I feel that they could of offer a little more variety for those prices and the two hot tubs were dirty nasty filled with mold.
2.0
It was clean
Parking is far from room, customer service and your forced to do valet cause parking lot is dmall and stay full

Location was great. Large complex with lots of room. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.
The rooms and buildings were a little dated. We did have to call the front desk to have some items were missing delivered - found out this way that our room phone didn't work so we had to figure out contact with the front desk via cell phone.
8.0
The pool was amazing
Parking was very bad due to the amount of travelers.

We didn’t like anything.
Will never stay at this resort again and will definitely not recommend it to anyone.
At check in - we were told that there was no reservations.
Than there was tte inconvenience of waiting for a golf cart to transfer you from the lobby to your room and viceversa. The wait was long for the transfer.
House keeping was not professional and there was one night that we didn’t receive towels as requested. Front desk was called for 30 mins and one one answered.
The room didn’t smell pleasant. Outside facilities were dirty.

enjoyed not having to go anywhere. the pool was great, the resort facilities where great from pickle ball to tennis to football basketball and do much more.
the parking was not fun if you had to leave the resort. also there needs to be clarity on locations of things, building wise.

Nice pool and recreation areas
Parking was terrible. lot close to village was full by 9:30PM. Have to find remote parking 2 miles away and wait for shuttle. kitchen did not have paper supplies and dish soap. had to ask for items that some never came. staff at front desk were not friendly.
10.0
I have to say that the front desk, guest service, and bell service need work answering the phone. I spent an hour on the phone trying to get someone for a pick-up to exit the resort.

The rooms are outdated. Definitely need to be remodeled. The shower didn’t work, when you call the front desk No one answered to help assist us. My daughter tried to make popcorn and the microwave caught on fire. We were unaware it was a no driving property had to walk across the property to a small parking lot to go anywhere. Once you arrive a bellman will meet you at your car to get your luggage and take you to your room. However, the Bellman will not help you take any of your luggage inside your room. There were two hot tubs and only one of them was hot. Neither one of the hot tubs had working jets.
