Superb

Mike was very cooperative as it's hard to book the Uber, it was busy that time, and there was my bus from 20 minutes away from the hotel I requested at reception and Mrs. RITA arranged all, and Mike dropped me there. It was very cooperative.

Dissappointed.

Took over 40 mins to check in, we was the only people standing at the window! Room was Hot! AC was not even turned on. Trash bags by the exit doors, not very pleasant to see while staying out of town. Breakfast was a mess, gravy was Cold. No elevator, had to carry luggage up stairs to room, what modern hotel doesn't have a elevator. Then we go to leave no one at desk to check out, had to dial zero and wait again. We have stayed at other Baymont Hotels and they were not like this.

The room still had a dirty wash cloth on the showers rod. It wasn’t even taken the next day. It was advertised as having a micro and fridge but you had to ask for the micro to be brought in. The breakfast was not great either. They had biscuits that were not done, gravy that was flavored water and only coffee, tea and orange juice to drink. And for a nonsmoking facility, it smelled like cigarettes

Horrible, bed was broken, tv never came on. we didn’t stay to eat breakfast because of rudeness of staff.

Interesting place

Responsiveness to moving us to another room after seeing roach on door. Tv worked great. Attractive hallway and room. Bed comfortable along with pillows. Night male clerk friendly.

Breakfast was really not much. Waffle maker nice. Biscuits no taste, gravy watery and no taste, half pitchers of milk and orange juice on counter, not in chilled holder. Bathtub had draining issue, water level got high. Morning checkout clerk thought bug issue no problem because of the season bugs are to be expected.

I feel the price is too high, we literally check in at 530 or 600 and check out by 630 am.

So I booked the room with my card, when we arrived I wanted to pay cash. I was told I needed a 100.00 cash deposit incase anything happens to the room or anything is stolen. This makes no sense to me when I check out the deposits is given to me and no one has checked the room. I was also advised that a credit card is preferred. Again why???

Baymont needs to replace their old wooden doors with newer more secure doors.

I was charged more than what your site quoted for having a pet. Your site quoted 10 a night and I was charged 25 a night. Can I get refunded?

The front desk person was polite.

The smell of the entire place. Musty! Carge extra for pets but none of the money goes into deodorizing.

It was ok, not great. The TV was horrible!

The Froot Loops we're stale, the waffle batter to make fresh waffles was a nice surprise, the Sausage gravy was very watery on one day & then just right the next day.

The TV reception & TV viewing was HORRIBLE!!! On several channels, there was NO sound such as TCM! Could NOT receive ABC, CBS, NBC. Could NOT get closed caption!!! The plastic placard left in the room that identified which channels were supposedly available was WRONG & OUT OF DATE! After my first UNENJOYABLE first night, I left a VERY detailed list with the morning front desk clerk with a full explanation of ALL of the problems. And I also verbally brought this to the attention of EVERY different desk clerk I ever saw during my week's stay. No one, including the General Manager, expressed any concern! The situation NEVER got better over the following FOUR nights of my stay. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED as I wanted to relax after returning to my room in the early evening wanting to watch TV or watch some local news or enjoy some movies on TCM, but NONE of this was available!!!! Horrible! Disappointed! Made my stay very uncomfortable.
