Bugs everywhere on the ceiling and the curtains had holes in them from the bugs.

Damn hotel cancelled my reservation without ever contacting me so when i tried to check in i couldn.t and was forced last minute to make a new reservation somewhere else at 11pm at night. I didn.t receive a notification from booking until 1030pm and then was informed i had 2 hours to rectify which was a lie. Will never use booking again because of this.

Location
Lumpy, Bad pillows! Pool wasn't open when it was supposed to be! Some Staff guys were like - deal with it! One nice lady let us in early to the pool. Exercise equipment didn't work either.

The clerk tried but she wasn’t in charge
Our room was dirty, not vacuumed, filthy bathroom floor. Beds had stained comforters. Room smelled of cigarettes (told it was nonsmoking). Had to ask for toilet paper and clean towels. Unsupervised from outside; rock placed at side entrance door jam so anyone could walk in.
3.5
Efficiency of staff - they were helpful and friendly; the rooms and property were clean.
The breakfast was okay. I would have liked the room open all day to grab fruit and water.

Your shower door was broken was hard to open and would not close all the way. So when I took a shower the water went out of the shower onto the floor and got the rug wet in the bedroom. The toilet seat was broken, and I was able to get one Chanel on the TV. I did report all of this to the front desk the first night I was there and was told it would be fixed the next day. I was there Thursday and Friday night and checked out Saturday morning and asked about a refund of any kind and was told to call on Monday morning. Well since I was traveling I did not return home till late the following Friday.

Nothing , couldn't stay the night. POLICE had to be called. To much noise and controversy. The clerk for the night was very kind in giving me a full refund.
Small bathroom no fan, no bath towels, no extra roll of toilet paper. Not a secure lock on the door.

The fact that a staff member lied to me and that we had to be evacuated do to a client busting up hid room the matter should have been taken care when front desk was notified of a problem up stairs. Still waiting on out come.

Breakfast was good
Heater in room did not work.
Few parking spaces plowed for parking (it was after Sandy got 15" of snow)

the staff was exceptional. wonderful customer service. the room was very clean
there were no lights on the building so it was very hard to see at night. I passed by it before I could see it. the room was very old and run down. the heater didn’t work so it was a cold night and the shower head was awful.

The bed was comfortable.
The temperature was 6 degrees when we arrived. After checking in we went to out freezing cold room that took 2 hours to heat up. Our room was dirty and in need of new carpet. Stains on the window valance, looked like spit balls on the ceiling, black stains on the carpet, ac/heat unit was falling out of the wall, shower door just had 2 holes where a handle had once been, bathroom door in very bad shape, burn marks on the sink, hallways in need of new paint and carpet. Went to the pool which I am sure is nice in the summer but not in the winter. It is outside of the hotel and because it had snowed the day before we had to walk through snow to get to it. Hot tub was not nearly warm enough for the outside temperature and there were no towels. Outside walls are glass doors some were not shut all the way and there was so much steam in the pool room that we could not see more than a few feet. I packed exercise clothes only to find out that the treadmill was broken when I got there. Coffee was not hot (and not very good) and had lots of grounds in it. We won't be staying there again.

Room was clean and comfortable.
I booked because they had images on their web site of a well equipped exercise room and an indoor pool with hot tub. Neither of these was open ( I suspect both were permanently closed because the management is unwilling to spend the money ) There should not be images on the web site of facilities which are in fact not offered.

Nice location
NO HOT WATER, my boyfriend wanted to take a shower before we left early for our trip. There was no hot water at all. When he told the girl at the front desk she just laughed at him?? Very rude. There was also only three pillows on the bed that were very small. For a stay that cost $100 this was very much not worth the price for what we used.

Location, continental breakfast
First room hadn't been cleaned--tv on, wet towels in floor, and trash all over. So they moved me to a different room. The TV didn't work in the second room (but staff called Comcast and got it working which was appreciated). After realizing the deadbolt didn't work I decided to cut my stay short. A couple checking in when I did had to be moved 3 times before finding a room where everything worked. Having to transfer to another room... just wasn't worth it.

Close to town
We were given a dirty room the first time. Then the second time it smelled bad. When we tried to change the first room there were no staff to help.
