Receptionist was very friendly and helpful re use of the laundrette (and guiding me as to when the facilities would be available).
Our room was in the Inn over the road from the main building. The Inn is older, less pristine. Not a major issue but if that is what you book, I’d say it’s more 2 star than 3. Our room had an old metal coil spring base which was evident each time my husband moved!

The location was very convenient. Not only is Park Lane located in a nice area, it's close to many of the parts of the city that we wanted to visit. The room itself was fine and clean; we stayed in the secondary building across the street. There was plenty of parking right in front of the door, and it all felt safe. Checking in was easy and the staff were friendly.
No complaints.

I liked the price and the relative quiet. The rooms were nice, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The welcome desk was helpful and friendly and gave a lot of good advice.
Written Information about nearby food options, late-night food options, and the best way/ safest way to return to the hotel via public transportation at the welcome desk, like a small map, nearest Max stops, and a list of nearby restaurants and entertainment recommendations for out-of-towners.
4.1
The location, the person who welcomed me when I arrived the first night, the space in the room
Having to bring luggage’s through stairs, the lack of parking although advertised, the not pleasant person on my last night, the lack of airflow in the room. Carpet needs to be changed too

I liked that we were able to park on-site, and I could see my car from my room. The clerk was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Even though we were downtown, it felt very safe, and I felt good about where my vehicle was parked. I liked being within walking distance of Washington Park. It was a bonus that we could see the fireworks from the balcony outside of our room.
I did not like that we had to take multiple sets of stairs to get to the room, as I was not expecting that, and there was no elevator that I could see. It was a bit tricky hauling up our suitcases for the night.
4.1
The parking is free and easy. Location is very near to the downtown (walking distance). Room is clear. And the mattress is real comfortable.
Maybe some party or event on the day of arriving. Quite noisy and crowded. It is quiet and good in the next two days in my 3 days stay. And shower water is a little smaller than expected.
4.1
Excellent location in a historic and convenient part of Portland. Walkable to Washington Park, Progressive Field, and many restaurants. Nice soap, shampoo in room.
The weather was very mild but we still had to run the A/C due to a very stuffy room. Parking spots are smallish. If you stay in the motel side of the property it's a little bit of an uphill walk across the street to the lobby if you need anything.

Quartier ok, parking pratique et personnel très agréable tant à l’arrivée qu’au depart.

The location was perfect! Walking distance to the Timbers games and Washington Park!
No continental breakfast.

Great location, very convenient for all the Portland sights. free parking and super helpful staff. The free tea, coffee and cookies were such a lovely bonus too. Room was great with all the required amenities and cable tv. Excellent!
Everything was great.

La gentillesse de l’accueil
Bons conseils
4.1
Very friendly staff, spacious room, clean, good coffee and great cookies! Easy to find, great location, especially if you have a car.
Lots of noise from people next door and upstairs. Cold room, couldn't get the loud air-conditioner to warm it.
4.1
The location is great, responsive staff and comfortable stay. Our “go to” place to stay in Portland!
No down side for us.
4.1
The room was nice and there was plenty of room for me and my 5 grandchildren.
There is hardly no parking especially if there is an event. I had to drive the neighborhood to park at 11:00pm and the neighborhood is spooky. I will stay there again but i will take an Uber to the Moda Center.
4.1
Central location and parking on site.
This was the worst soundproofed property I’ve ever stayed in. You could hear neighbours either side and above you - walking, talking, coughing, turning on their aircon etc. Led to awful sleep quality the entire trip sadly. Also a screaming fight from either guests or randomers outside the property at 3am on the final night - that’s not the Inn’s fault but beware. Quite concerning.
Also strange pillows, more like squares than rectangles!

A wonderful 2 night stay at this quiet motel just outside the city centre. Huge room, warm shower, comfy bed and cable TV. Nothing overly fancy - for anyone from the UK it’s like staying at a Premier Inn. Would stay again!

The front counter staff were great, friendly and very personable. I arrived earlier than expected but they were kind enough to let me check-in.
The room (at the Inn) was fairly basic but spotless and the bed was comfortable.
The heater was really noisy when it kicked in (I felt as if I was very close to a runway) but it didn't run for long each time.
The metal bedframe made some alarming noises but the mattress and bedding were very nice and the overall soundproofing between levels is minimal (I could hear every footstep the guests in the room above took). Maybe if they'd worn the complimentary slippers instead of heavy boots it wouldn't have been noticeable.
4.1
Convenient, pet friendly, clean.
Hard beds, parking is tight
4.1
It is a great location with easy walking to lots of great areas of Portland. Some staff were kind and fantastic to deal with.
We had to move from our original room as the room above us was extremely loud. Both music and through the floorboards. The toilet in our room continually ran and caused condensation to build in around it and leave water on the floor around it.
We had a person clearly on drugs knock at our door at 4am asking to be let in and our 11 year old has yet to stop being in fear as a result.
Parking for larger cars can be difficult, so make sure you are in early.

Easy access to room, quiet, parking always available
could here the laundry room downstairs

Great morning coffee and lobby snacks. Staff very accommodating. I stayed across the street at the "Inn" and I found it to be all I needed. Clean and safe. Good water pressure and temp and lotsa cable channels!
Ice machine was nonfunctioning at the Inn so I had to go across to the one in the basement of the Suites, but not a huge deal.

So close tot he city. Grest location. Nice simple clean room. Parking is available just opposite the building which also belongs to the hotel.
Breakfast is very basic. So be prepared for just coffee and cup cake and some oats basically.

Excellent stay in a very comfortable and spotless suite in a trendy area of Portland, walking distance to fine restaurants and grocery store . Suite had a well-equipped kitchenette and free parking!
4.1
Consistent, clean, good bed, nice staff, reasonable price and no aggravating “facility” or “resort” fees which are now common at many hotels.
4.1
We definitely appreciated the parking and the location near a big park, grocery, coffee shop and restaurants! We felt welcome and our dogs, who love to travel with us, liked the easy clean floor! The oatmeal and tea were a nice perk, too!
(There isn't much to say here except that the bathroom will need a remodel soon as the ceiling showed moisture damage)

Rooms are nice, a good size and comfortable. The location is great - lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Parking was easy. In general, a very nice stay.
No complaints.
4.1
Nice part of Portland. Near the amazing parks and downtown area. City view.
Complementary coffee and a assortment of teas are available 24/7. Fresh baked chocolate chip cookies every morning.
The main hotel had a very tight and compact parking lot and I drive a Prius too.
The rates could be a little lower and the weekend rates are too high.
4.1
The location was perfect, near bus lines and the city center. Beautiful office area.

Front desk staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The suite had enough room to move around. It was like home away from home.
4.1
Great area!
Every night between 2-3:30 there was loud noises (thumping and scraping)coming from somewhere and it woke us up all 3 nights. It was coming from outside of the hotel.
4.1
The property was located in a safe area with top, local attractions such as the International Rose Test Garden, Portland Japanese Garden and Hoyt Arboretum all within walking distance. The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking was available.
Please note that the “Suites” and the “Inn” are separate buildings. The hotel reception is located in the “suites” building with the “inn” located right across the street.

Great location. Beautiful neighborhood. Super clean.
4.1
Location, easy to access, clean, free parking.
Cramped parking, stiff and not-very-comfortable bed, noisy adjacent guests.
4.1
Bathroom was clean, surfaces dusted, clean bedding, ice machine was in a convenient location.
Some garbage left under beds from previous occupants, bathroom floors remained wet for almost the entire stay after shower was used for the first time.
4.1
FIRST THE REMOTE CONTROL DID NOT WORK. THEN THE TOILET DID NOT WORK. WHEN I CALLED AND ADVISED THE TOILET WOULD NOT FLUSH, I WAS TOLD THERE WOULD BE NO ONE WHO COULD LOOK AT IT UNTIL LATER IN THE DAY, AFTER WE CHECKED OUT. The rooms smelled musty and old.

Good location. Clean. Free vehicle park.
They didn’t clean my room on my second day.

Location was great and free parking availability. Stuff was lovely.
The room was not clean. There was a used towel hanging on the shower curtain, hair on the floor. Water was not refilled, and some receipt from previous visitors was on the floor.
