Stay was ok but I want stay there again so we retu to st Augustine

The old look of it no microwave beds were not comfy plus there was a old smell to it

Location of motel

Toilet leaking sewage in first room. Second room fire alarm went off at 11:45 p.m. I called the office and they couldn't verify if it was or it wasn't.

I did not care for nothing

The whole place was nasty the employee went threw my stuff in the room and did not clean my room the door was hard to open took about 25 to 30 min playing with the door to get it open and to top it off I had to go pay for a room at the holiday inn next door just to get to swim because there pool was closed the whole weekend

I am handicap and the lady at the desk did find me a downstairs room to accommidate me. I am truly greatful. pool looked good we did not get in on our stay because of thunderstorms.

the room was alright until the light comes on an you see the roaches running for cover. they really need a bug man. and at this time denny's is not open 24 hours, no cook for night shift.

False advertising

The housekeeping staff is absolutely amazing. I went down to the front desk and asked a question about Denny's. This restaurant is located in the motel. I understand that they lease the space, but the front desk girl got very rude & told me she did not know the hours... When you are a local and you work in the motel in which this restaurant is located I'm pretty sure you'd become pretty familiar with those things that your guests would be asking about. Instead this girl chose to be very rude. I'm going to be very clear in saying your housekeeping staff is the only reason I continued on with my stay. Sweetest people possible!

The pictures that you have on your website compared to what the place is,TRULY DECEIVING! I was on my honeymoon,we wanted something nice, I was speechless! You need to take newer recent pictures before you end up in a law suit. You simply CANNOT advertise what is something from the past, nothing at all like you see in the pictures. I continued to stay bc the housekeeping staff is just awesome & bc we really just slept there, or tried to anyway, then we left every day to explore. The lady on your staff who has the military background, to you thank you for your service & for always having a smile! The young man who drives gold colored older model Toyota car was a diamond in the middle of this mess, he deserves a raise.

Family trip Great price and location.

Very close to all attractions.

The only problem we had that the TV remote did not work, so we spent both nights with to TV to watch.

Room itself was clean but very dated

Hotel itself was dirty lots of garbage everywhere First receptionist was grumpy. Second one was very pleasant

We would stay there again.

It was clean, the room was comfortable and the staff was courteous and helpful. There were plenty of places to eat within walking distance with a variety of types and prices.

No complaints at all.

Stayed over night , rooms are clean, quiet, air conditioning worked well, toilet squeeked thorough

The location was perfect, it was just about a 10-12 minute walk to fountain of youth , rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable

The restaurant should be easier to access The front desk employee should be friendlier, they just don’t make you feel welcome ☹️The toilet squeak when you flush was annoying .
