you get what you pay for but the cleanings should definitely be updated

The room was comfy and the location is great, just 30 minutes from Bryce Canyon.

Unfortunately the room wasn’t really clean. There was hair everywhere and the coffee machine looked like it wasn’t being cleaned at all.

Worst place to stay!

The small fridge kept my drinks cold.

The room was extremely filthy. Smelled bad,stains on carpet and needed a good vacuum job. No shampoo and the bar of soap was the weirdest stuff ever. The towels turned gray after water hit them, they Needed a good cloroxing. I’ve never been so grossed out. My last night there the owner asked if I could suggest to my girlfriend to stay there next year for the quilt show. 😳

Really loved the rustic cabin feel of the property. It was quiet and covienient to the National Park.

Excellent place to stay! great location and family friendly service

Recently remodeled! We love staying here! The Rooms are huge and Clean. The furniture is super cute country cabin like. We have 2 large dogs that also love it, haha! The location is excellent, as everything on Main St. is within walking distance... restaurant across the street, plus a few more a block away. Across the street from the park, a lot of places to walk the dogs. they also have a covered group pergola, great for family or friend gathering. The owners are always around to help, or answer questions about the area. Last but not least the best value for the money! plenty of parking too!

It was an okay stay

Shower pressure was amazing. Nice host. Good location to Bryce, Cedar Breaks, Kodachrome and Escalante. Trash got emptied daily. Good lighting in bathroom.

Unfortunately, it was kind of dirty : All 3 pillows had short black hairs all over them. The bedsheet was dirty (got a new one when I asked for it, so that was nice). Walls had dead mosquitos on them and splashes of something brown. Hairs on bathroom walls. WiFi slow and stopped working for me after day 1.

This inn is in a great location - there’s lots to do and it’s within comfortable driving distance to Bryce Canyon National Park. The service was great, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and perfect for our visit.

Friendly staff, location, and pet friendly!

Our room was not that clean. One towel for the 2 of us. Bathroom sink sprayed all over when we ran the faucet. Sink light was burned out. Could definitely use updating for the price!

Easy to find.

All of the electrical outlets need to be replaced. Cords would not stay in at all. A washcloth seemed to have feces on it, and was folded up and put with the other towels on the bathroom rack.

The location was easy to find. the staff was agreeable and friendly. the fridge and heater worked well and the water pressure was good and hot. The towels provided were all very clean. It was quiet and peaceful our room was easily accessible.

We got a different room than we had selected on booking.com. it was a double full room instead of a king suite. The floor of the room was not cleaned before our arrival and had allot of small debris. Also there was a broken compact florescent bulb in one of the the fixtures that needed removal. So not major issues, maybe just a communication error about which room we had booked.

Location is good

Whenever we travel to Panguitch Utah we have stayed at the Marianna for the last few years. This stay though was a completely different and awful experience . First I had reservations for 2 king bed rooms. When we checked in I was informed they were not available at this time so we were given 2 rooms with two full beds. The rooms were not clean... cobwebs and bugs stuck in them all over candy and food in between the beds and the nightstands. The Satellite and wifi kept going in and out. We were kept up all night by the customer who had rented the room in between our 2 rooms he was very I'll coughing and throwing up all night. So sorry but this once cute little get away has gone way down hill we wont be staying again.
