The location was good
The room stunk...it was very musty, mildew smelling. The shower had only hot and hotter water...and it was $10 to do one load of laundry! Staff smoking right outside the door going outside....would take a hard pass on staying here again.

This hotel was very easy to find. The gentlemen behind the front desk when I checked in/out were very friendly and helpful. I found the lap desk with cookies/mints absolutely adorable and very nice to use while in bed and watching TV, since the desk was next to the TV and not in front of it. I did not try the waffles or eggs, but the sausage was good, and I liked the individually wrapped options of bread and English muffins. The coffee was very good. I don't know if my stay was quite worth the $100+, but overall it was a pleasant experience.
The pillows could have been firmer, and the bedspread was scratchy.

really nice idea with the hot tubs but there was no hot water. just a couple minutes of Luke warm water before it turned cold. I wouldn’t pay $154 for it just because of that flaw.

The room was great!
2 Complaints. Number 1 Major One!!! Extremely Way to many chemicals in the pool! Walked in pool room and instant burning of eyes but the horrible part is that is TURNED MY DAUGHTERS BEAUTIFUL BLONDE HAIR GREEN!!! ALSO TURNED MY NIECES HAIR BLUE GREEN!!! ITS AWFUL!! Have to go to.a Salon to have it fixed!!!!! 2nd complaint beds to hard.

one of the lights was off but it kept flickering all night.

Currently lacks a gym. This would have made my stay perfect.

I didn’t like I paid and reserved a ground floor room, when I arrived check in and both rooms were on the second floor and specifically reserved one for the ground . didn’t get a explanation why or anything
