Very clean. Great staff
It was very clean. Nice place to stay.
8.0
The room was a good size and the bath was nice. Everything was clean and well provisioned.
The elevator was far for us and we took the outside stairs up to third floor rather than walk all the way around.

We liked everything about this hotel. The location was convenient to restaurants. The room was clean and nicely update. The courtyard with the pool and putt-putt was great.
Nothing!

The receptionist was friendly and pleasant. The bed was comfortable. The pool and lounges looked nice and private, but I never used them, We left early and did not stay.
All rooms were an “outside entrance” only—and open to winds and weather—hauling up bags to 2nd floor was a nuisance . This outside entrance was Not indicated nor illustrated in their photos. There was NO working elevator , which is illegal in many states because it is not barrier free. The lobby is small and doesn’t connect to anything, including the only non- working elevator. The outside entrance was not indicated in their literature.
The kitchen was NOT “ fully furnished” as stated! There was no sharp knife (to cut cheese or meat,) and there were no covers to the pans! There was only ONE hot plate for cooking —which is Not the usual “ cooktop”! This room, a “ king suite with kitchen.” Is inadequate. Two people would have to eat over the coffee table, sit on the only sofa. We would never have been able to cook nor enjoy a meal there. The “ working area” was really a coffee nook for one person only, and provided the Only other chair (a desk chair) in the entire “ suite.” Perhaps the least expensive room with just a bed would be acceptable.— but don’t expect a useable Kitchen— nor an adequate “ suite”..
When the elevator does work —You will have to walk outside to opposite end of the property to reach the only elevator, and then walk thru the open outside deck back to reach your room. FYI—They had been waiting days/weeks for the Only elevator to be working — and they had no idea when it would operate.

Room was modern and clean. Shower was good. Room lighting was excellent.
No lobby for meeting relatives. No breakfast. Even ran out of coffee on the outside table. Neither the lack of a lobby or no breakfast area were disclosed. Overpriced for what was provided.

Loved the large room and kitchen and especially the bed and bedding! I returned home and purchased the same bedding it was so soft and comfortable. We loved it and the view was stunning. Will for sure return here.
Front desk was a little difficult to us.

The “lobby” staff were very friendly upon our arrival. They gave us an upgrade to one of their newly remodeled rooms….highly recommended.
We didn’t spend much time here other than to sleep. Even though the property continues to be remodeled there is nothing , but praises for the friendly staff.

Location was great. Walking distance to all.kinds of stores and a lovely Indian bistro. Liked the kitchenette. Great lighting throughout suite. Comfortable bed. Two giant flat screen tvs.
Person at reception when we checked in was incredibly rude. There were construction.cones on the street from.wjich you entered the hotel.grounds, and it was difficult to navigate at night. We called to ask for help.finding the hotel entrance, and she hung up on us. If.we.had not prepaid, we would have gone somewhere else. All the other members of the staff were courteous, helpful, and friendly.
The bathroom.had no towel rack, and the kitchen had no dish drainer.

Place was clean (newly remodeled) Beds were comfortable. Suite offered small livingroom with comfortable sofa and large TV.
It would have been nice to know they were repaving the roads. It was an absolute nightmare the first night, all that noise until 5am. very difficult to get in the driveway because no left, right or U-turns for at least a mile.

The pool area was very nice.
Although I was out of the room for the whole day (8am - 8pm), and left the ‘Please clean my room’ sign out, no one cleaned or restocked the room. So, there was no coffee in the room for my second morning.

This is a little gem near Oro Valley, about 9 miles north of downtown, this place is perfect for families or couples to relax. My granddaughter loved spending some time at the pool while we sat and visited poolside. This resort is almost completed in their renovations and the upgrades are first class. Loves the rooms we had and the well appointed "everything." Finishes are beautiful, beds are so comfortable, noise is zero, and view from the back side are terrific. This was my second stay in a year. Would be my go-to place when in Tucson valley area.
Will be glad to see the breakfast area reopen.
