Just okay.

The walls are very thin, if you drop plastic spoon it can be heard clearly. The roof is thin you hear every single step of people above you, Their YouTube doesn’t work.

Great Hotel

Nicest, cleanest hotel we’ve stayed in a while. Very nice overall and would definitely recommend to others.

Our only possible complaint would be the beyond tired carpet in the elevator, besides that everything else was excellent.

Clean, comfortable and updated rooms!!

Recently renovated rooms, hallways and public areas!

The elevator still needs updating. If going anywhere, you’ll need to drive.

Unsatisfactory

was not satisfied with my stay here. I awoke to my surprise at around 1am. And woke to see ants crawling on the headboard and the desk near the bed. This was traumatizing as I have a fear of spiders and bugs. I had to shake certain items that were on the desk, rinse them off and shake my bag and other items. Transitioning to another room was inconvenient, in addition, difficulties having a good nights rest due to waking up and checking for ants in The new room. Very poor

Gave 24 hours notice about an early departure, and was charged full rate for the one day early leave. Poor front desk staff, lacking reservation data entry skills, resulting in additional fees for a room that otherwise was vacant.

Wasn’t too happy.

The room was clean except for the socks left in the cabinet, and room key left under the sink

The lack of caring… The person who was on the desk around 2:00pm on Saturday the 12th, I called down to get maintenance to come up and fix our tub because it wasn’t draining, I let him know there was a DND on the door, but we were in the room so he just needed to knock. I was told he couldn’t with the DND on the door. So I told him we would take it off until we left for the concert at 3:30… He never showed up. So the next morning, while we were downstairs, the DND was on our door, and he went into the room. When I called downstairs to find out why, when I was told the day prior that the DND was not allowed if we wanted him in there, I was told, that he let him know to ignore the DND!!! Really?? Then why did I sit in a room with my bath tub full of water all night, if he could just ignore the DND?!? I am a GM of a Hotel, I’m aware that when the DND is up employees are NOT allowed to enter the room, UNLESS the guest says it’s ok. I said it was ok, WHILE I WAS IN THE ROOM!!! The agent was rude, made excuses, and then when I asked why the maintenance man came into our room, after we were told he couldn’t with a DND, I was asked “so, you didn’t want your tub fixed?” Really? No i wanted my tub fixed. What I didn’t want was someone in my room while I wasn’t in there. I felt lied to, and violated!

Large, beautiful accommodations.

Tub was slippery and could use safety bar inside tub. There were no towel racks in the bathroom.

Excellent Stay

The room was beautifully renovated and was very large. The staff was so nice and everything was awesome. We will definitely be back!

The pool was extremely small and the hot tub had been removed.

Not horrible but not the best and construction while guest there not the best of noises

Upon check in the man was asleep took him about 10 minutes to realize we were there our rooms were supposed to be close to one another since we were traveling as a family then going in the room there was no toilet paper then called cause we had no hot water in the shower my husband called the office and the man told him nothing he could do and hung up when my husband went down to front desk and tried to talk to him he was rude told my husband who recorded the whole conversation he was rude and cursing at him the video shows otherwise however the next morning after going down the hall to shower I talked to another gentleman at the desk who was a lot more pleasant and helped our

My room was big and for the most part clean. The bathroom was big.

Rugs where dirty. Bathroom was clean so all the amenities weren't filled. In one of my 2 rooms we needed a walk in shower which was great and we needed but the bed was so low ( alittle higher then a toddler bed if you but 2 toddler mattress on top of each other). My relative needed help getting into with out falling and 2 people to help get him up out of the bed. Which a normal bed he can always get in and out no problem. The toilets in both bathroom are very low to ground.

We have been coming to this hotel 2 or 3 times a year for the last 10 years and we have been always happy with our stay. This last visit we stayed in one of the newly refurbished rooms and it was beautiful.
