El alojamiento en general estaba muy bien en relación calidad - precio. Fue lo que esperaba.

No fue agradable llegar a la 1:00 am y no tener buena asistencia y empatía en recepción para resolver ágilmente una situación con la reserva. El personal debe estar dirigido, y más a esa hora, a facilitar y agilizar la entrada del huésped haciéndolo sentir que ha llegado a un lugar seguro donde estará en buenas manos. Lo demás es lo demás, pero la primera cara de la hospedería es la recepción y es la sensación primordial de la estadía.

Un buen lugar en Miami, cerca del aeropuerto y Malls.

La habitacion amplia, con sala de estar con TV, al igual que el dormitorio, cafetera disponible, estacionamiento gratis, acceso rapido y cercano a aeropuerto y rental car, gasolinera al lado del hotel, buena atencion para guardar equipaje antes y despues del uso de la habitacion, buen desayuno. En especial un agradeciemnto a Karen de recepecion, que nos soluciono un problema cuando quedamos sin comunicacion de internet para volver al hotel con Google map, consiguiendo un transporte que nos fuera a buscar y llevar al hotel, justo en un dia de tormenta. Destable que al llamar al hotel te entreguen ayuda y soluciones.

Great location

The location is great. 5 minutes from the airport and I like the restaurant choices within walking distance. I also like the 20 minute walk the small shopping plaza that includes a pharmacy and a nice Target store.

The thick carpets make it hard to roll your suitcases.

Lo primero y más importante, una cama cómoda y cuarto silencioso y limpio. Desayuno completo en ambiente cómodo. Personal muy atento. Tiene una ubicación ideal para llegar hasta el aeropuerto, zona tranquila

La falta de caja de seguridad debería corregirse. Habían mosquitos en la cochera y la limpieza no era la mejor

Not good, not happy for the $ we spent a night

Less than a year since our last stay, every thing went down. Dirty carpets in the room and everywhere. Closet door would not stay closed. In the middle of the night if you are not aware of this door popping open, you will break your toes. Pool was not functional, unable to use because they were waiting for the county to get certified. Breakfast needs to be revised..just horrible- Toaster terrible..and people who serves there..making sure everything is wiped..not very nice..for sure will not use this place anymore.

Great staff, good location, average breakfast.

The front desk staff were fabulous and treated us very well.

Sounds a little dilly but, since it was raining, we got pretty wet getting in the taxi outside the hotel. The narrow roof over the stairs provides little protection. No biggy but it would be nice to be better protected from the rain.

Beware the feathers bed and pillows may kill you

The rooms were pretty. The fridge was warm. The breakfast was good except for the very sweet juice. The carpet was nice and the elevator was clean.

The room had feather pillows. They made me sick and I had to. take allergy pills. We had to be moved and wait for the down free room.

Overnight stay before cruise

Close to the airport, they have a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. If going to a cruise port you can arrange for transportation at the front desk. There are a couple options restaurants within walking distance. Room was big and comfortable.

Barely acceptable

Convenient to airport

The Aircon sounded like a loud Washing machine if you turned it off the room became stuffy and uncomfortable - we should not have accepted the room or asked for a change - as we didn’t we have to accept some responsibility however Due to this fact we would not return

Great hotel. Front desk staff were very friendly.

Very clean and close to the airport for an overnight stay.

The cleaning person attempted to entire the room while I was sleeping. She didn’t close the room door when she realized I was still in the room. I didn’t discover this until 2 hours later when I went to take a shower. The door was partially open leaving me exposed.

Horrendous customer care

Property is ok

Long story. Lost my wallet in Europe with all bank cards. Reserved hotel with the data sent to me by e-mail, but no physical card. Upon arrival manager wanted me to go and search for another hotel who would accept cash. Thank goodness I had a business associate come and pay for the charges. What a way to treat customers.
