I was pleasantly surprised with how nice the room the Parkway Inn turned out to be.

Property decor was new and appealing. The bus to JH ski resort was across the street. Parking was very good considering the amount of snow. Friendly staff. Walking distance to restaurants!

Room was a little small but just fine.

Absolutely great value for money choice

Very nice hotel, totally exceeded our expectations. Since I arrived at the hotel after 11pm in the middle of the night, the front desk of the hotel closed at 11pm, but I called in advance and told me that the room cards and bills of the four rooms had been sealed in envelopes and placed in a transparent box at the entrance of the hotel lobby. Pick it up after arriving at the hotel That's it. After arriving, I got the room cards smoothly. One of the room cards had a problem. I called the front desk for emergency calls. After 10 minutes, a handsome guy came to the hotel to help deal with the room cards. I was very touched.

GREAT LOCATION

Room was very nice and large. Staff did a great job. Pool was great and they did a great job cleaning the rooms. Very pleased with the stay overall.

Tons of doors slamming in the early mornings. When cleaning staff arrives the doors were near our room and they have a tendency to slam the doors instead of shutting them.

Don't waste your money on this place, spend another $80-$100 and enjoy your stay somewhere else.

Checkout, checkout was the best part.

To begin with, the desk clerk had the demeanor of Squidward. He proceeded to give us a 10 minute lecture on the cleaning deposit, as well as a lengthy speech to deter us from ever getting locked out of our room. As if we were toddlers that had never stayed in a hotel before. The room itself wreaked of bleach, it was unbelievably strong. It seemed like every inch of the place had been drowned in bleach, and yet somehow the floors were still sticky and filthy. The best part however, was the literal paper walls. You can hear ever cough, sneeze, and detail of your neighbors conversations. The doors are waferboard as well, so everyone that walks by your room sounds like they're actually inside your room.

Location was excellent. Right next to the tram station and within walking distance of many great downtown restaurants. Room was spacious, clean and included all the amenities we required. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly.

One of the hot tubs did not work (but it had not been reported to management in all likelihood). Heating unit in the bedroom area seemed to be losing a bearing and was noisy.

This was a great place. The location was very near central Jackson. Easy walk to shopping, galleries, bars, and restaurants. The staff was extremely helpful and the room was very larger and extremely comfortable.

loved the rooms, the decor, the cleanliness

we were very surprised when we tried to leave early in the morning. we were in the 2nd floor and all the exits were locked except one small staircase at the end of hall that dumped us in the back parking lot. with a 3 night stay and many bags this was extremely cumbersome at the least and had there been a fire at night it would have been disastrous. No one alerted us to this problem which is extremely inconvenient.

Nice place, good spot. But, $500/night?

Nice hotel in good location is a few block from the central square. Jackson WY is definitely pricey as this is a "7" hotel at "10" prices.

Front desk provided instructions like the speed of a drug company commercial disclaimers upon arrival.

Very good

Loved our suite. Very clean facility in the heart of jackson. Didn't need a car. Walked everywhere and felt close to all the action.

The lobby has wierd hours. Staff are not available btwn 10pm and 7am. Neither is access to the lobby. Do don't forget or lose your keycard for your room or you'll be SOL.

great place to stay for a visit to Jackson Hole, very central.

excellent room comfort I.e. soft towels and comfortable bed. roomy with two wardrobes. free coffee and tea facilities. nice pool area. easy parking.
