The location
4.0
The location was outstanding, located close to the main tourist area. The room is very spacious.
The only downside to this inn is the thin walls. The rude people next to us let their kid run up and down the breezeway yelling.
4.0
Large room, clean, did not smell.
Put a hair dryer in the rooms and a bigger ironing board. The extra charge of $10.00 for service charge, which they could not explain.

Paul is the best manager of this property. He is so helpful and attentive to any situation.

Pd a little more to upgrade to a room with bay view - nice big picture window and privacy from the rest of the lodging, just what I prefer.
Toiletries in the shower seemed to be almost empty.

The location was great.
It wasn't very clean or comfortable.
4.0
The cleanliness of the room. The bed was very comfortable. The room smelled good. We liked the mini coffee maker, microwave and the mini fridge. Also the dispensers for the hand soap, lotion and body wash. The location is fantastic because we are able to walk to the beach and restaurants. Nice size parking lot too.
I can't think of anything I didn't like.

so close to the water! Good price and comfortable space.
I don’t have any negatives

location is great . walking distance to downtown and Harbor. we had a great view on the rock and the ocean. it was quiet and clean. free parking. fridge (loud), Small coffee maker, microwave. good towels.
we stayed in the summer on the weekend, so it was a bit pricey for my taste, but understandable. the fridge was a bit loud during the night and the cable from the tv were hanging around. didn’t look good.
wifi was not smooth. in our room it was spotty at best , my partner couldn’t get a signal at all.
all in all it was a pleasant stay for one night. we would come again- maybe out of the season- for a cheaper rate.

location is perfect!
we weren’t able to get our rooms by the check in time. The manager was nice most of the time, but everything was just very disorganized. The housekeepers looked like very unhappy teenagers. also not enough housekeepers. The rooms definitely could have been wiped down and cleaned better. The towels did not smell good and clean at all.
We had an empty
soda can in our room from the guests before us, and my
sister had leftover food in their fridge
from previous guests.
The chairs are disgustingly dirty.

Location is great. Centrally located within walking distance of main st and the water.
Mold in the shower. Entire room smelled like smoke although I had to sign a no smoking waver. Attempted to air it out only for it to not help. Glad I was only staying one night.
