All of it specially the dude up front didn't trigger my anxiety or treat me unfairly for any reason.
The bathtub needed a stopper it didn't seem to stop water any other way I tried, the toilet was off as well if you're a big person doing big thangs you'll need a plunger for certain

Room was a good size. Bed was comfortable. Appreciated the size of the fridge/freezer in the room.
My first room given smelled like cigarettes despite being nonsmoking. I was moved easily and that room was much better. The property had lots of signs about illegal activity and partnering with the police, which certainly gives mixed feelings.

Friendly staff. Location was good in relation to driving locations, but the area of town was a little rough-homless people ect... though no issues with them
Bathrooms needed hooks or somewhere to hang towels

stayed 2 nights they did not clean the room at all. We had to get our own towels from the office, No coffee machine. On Hooker Row!!

Desk staff was excellent. Gentleman helped me check in early by moving a few things around and getting me a better room seeing that I was exhausted and needing rest. Upon checkout, he helped me get public transportation to the city. Overall very helpful.
Location was definitley in a sketchy part of town, but that’s why it’s cheaper so it’s understandable. The parking lot was a little loud at night and there were a lot of lights so my room was very bright. I’d suggest some darkening shades.

The light just outside was too bright, light coming through curtain and the room was so bright, including my kids we all had difficulty too sleep.

I thought the receptionist was very consider it and try to be my needs. The rooms were clean and there was a nice refrigerator and microwave although I didn't use them. In reality I wish I had spent all three nights there instead of the other two hotels I stayed at.
I wish they had better knowledge of how to get around from there a hotel. What bus to take would've been a big help

The parking lot had a restricted entrance and was very well lit, so my vehicle was safe. The curtains kept the room plenty dark. The bed was comfortable and the shower had decent pressure and heat. The TV, small fridge and heater were all in great condition. The room was quite and surprisingly spacious.
I wasn’t brought down by it, but one might get bent out of shape over the minor cracks in the walls and ceiling, small but well addressed burn spots on the carpet, small bath towels and only two pillows on the bed. I didn’t try to request more of those things, but the friendly and attentive staff that I encountered would likely accommodate anyway. They were also quietly doing some remodeling in the other wing of the property

Price was good. Late check in was easy.
Nothing I didn't like, finding soap and basic stuff was difficult but otherwise everything was good.

Friendly staff. For price you it's okay.
I'm sorry but your lobby needs some serious updating. The flooring should be the first step. Smells like a litter box that has never been cleaned. Seriously the oder was so bad. Remember in the hotel business your lobby is the first impression of what might expect as well your biggest hugs of saying hello welcome we are a clean hotel and are very proud of my business. Replace the rooms carpets. I carry a odor ban in my bag I used half the bottle trying to kill the meldew odor.

room size was great, very comfortable bed, heater worked quickly and easy to regulate.
pulled back the covers to the bed and there were someones hairs on the sheets, the bathroom mirror had toothpaste splatters so did the medicine cabinet, like someone wasn't very careful about cleaning.

Room had an unpleasant smell. Non carpeted floor was very dirty. Spilt water and when I cleaned it up cloth was almost black with dirt.
