Le personnel a été des plus agréable, le ménage était fait tous les jours, la vue était fantastique et l’hôtel excellemment bien placé.
À vrai dire, rien.

Very Clean.
It’s probably fabulous in the summer months when the pool is open.
Many facilities weren’t open and the coffee isn’t great in the cafe. The windows were really dirty so you couldn’t really see through them at the views of NY.

Diseño, arte, vistas, un placer enorme da este hotel
El servicio a la habitación no es tan bueno

All staff, both front desk and maintenance, are excellent, responsive and friendly, with special thanks to Robinson, Kristie, Gisella and Kenny. For me, the location is wonderful, as SoHo is far quieter than midtown, and the main subways I needed to get uptown are within a block or two. For someone unfamiliar with NYC, this may not be the case. No interior noise disturbed me during the stay—I couldn't even hear a police siren. As an avid art appreciator, having high-level art on the first two floors by George Condo, Hans Hartung, Calder and others made a big difference too. And the views of the city are superb. I did not eat or drink at the hotel, so no feedback there. But the deli on the corner supplied me with freshly made juices and great wraps and flatbreads for an inexpensive breakfast each of the four days of my stay.
The problems I experienced were all handled competently and quickly, but they are worth listing below because there are some improvements that would be of great benefit to both guests and the hotel's standing. I was offered a modest discount for these inconveniences, which was much appreciated, as this beautifully architected hotel is not the cheapest option in Manhattan. Thanks to Robinson in maintenance, who was sweet as pie.
My first room, a King Deluxe on the 8th floor, was on the whole comforatble and fine, but it was difficult to obtain anything other than scalding water out of the bathroom sink without maneuvering the handle, which I mastered on my own. On the third evening an industrial-type odor emerged in the room and began to affect my nose and throat. Though the staff could not detect it, they quickly gave me another room, even though they were fully booked. It was a bit smaller, which didn't bother me at all, and it was on the highest floor, 17, with a much more expansive view. Maintenance also quickly fixed the broken TV in this room.

Location
I booked the "fanciest" room in the property.... unfortunately this one was directly below the hotel bar. Music was loud, the room was shaking from the background noise....also, this room is in the service floor were the staff take all the dirty linens and all that stuff.. the service door is right next to the dorm and the door is a safety door that opens when you push the security bar (like emergency exit door with heavy noice to open and closing)... literally... this door started sounding at 6am... non stop!!! altought I was relocated... adjustment to the price was a no go.

The location is great as it in the center of Soho and the hotel has a nice rooftop bar as well as a decent hotel gym.
the room was adequate however there is so much noise that travels from other rooms and it sounds like the conversations are in my room. Also, the room across the hall was definitely used as a storage room and all you can hear is the door opening/closing at all hours. This issue made it difficult to sleep or get work done while in the room.
Also, it would have been nice if the doorman was on the door to help with luggage on arrival given the awkward layout of the hotel with accessing rooms from the foyer.
The internet could have been a little more reliable as the public hotel wifi was locked one morning which I think was an accident as the staff wifi was open access.
3.0
Good location, options for food and drinks, as well as gym and pool.
The rooms need a bit of TLC, you can tell that this hotel is past it’s heyday. There are bruises and cracks in the bathroom and the furniture. There was a table in the room but no chair.
