Loved everything about the Lodge: the friendly staff, room, fireplace, heated pool, hot tub, gym, the views, and the fine dining.
There wasn’t enough water pressure in the bathroom. The toilet handle didn’t work well. The fan didn’t work well in the bathroom. Rm 505

The room was fantastic with an amazing view! We ordered room service and the dinner was delicious! There was no downfall to this room for us. We both really enjoyed the peacefulness.
There wasn't anything I didn't like about this. Everything exceeded my expectations.

Great staff. They were exceptional.
We stayed in the 200 block. Rooms need to be updated. Wall are PAPER thin. I could hear every word of the tv show in the next door room. For the price of the room, this is completely unacceptable. The property is relying entirely on its location for the rates it charges. It needs to spend some money on upgrading the property to justify the room rates.

wow, this place was such a good find! excellent accommodations and stunning views from probably most rooms, and from all common areas. wish we had spent more time here - one night is not enough!
we especially enjoyed the robes provided in the rooms, the lovely large shower (the personal care products smell amazing), the clean and up to date gym facility, the sauna, and the Adirondack chairs with fire pit!
we wish there were some adult-only hours at the pool. we arrived ready to have a beverage and relax in the hot tub after several nights camping and some long drives, but the pool was chaotic with lots of kids yelling and playing. fun for them! but wish there were quiet pool hours of some sort.

The staff, the location and the pool area were the highlights
Food!! Ordered room service, we were staying next to the restaurant so it was an easy option.
The wait was extremely long, but to add to the wait was some of the worst food I have attempted to eat. The kids food was cold, some of the desert had melted and the sea food dishes we ordered felt like they were prepared and left sitting. It spoilt the stay that a hotel like this can charge that money for food like this and send it out without basic items like salt, pepper and napkins.
For any customers planning a visit I would avoid the restaurant.

Beautiful property and quiet
Drakes restaurant

the view, infinity jacuzzi and hamburgers
the bed, coffee, prices at 400 a night I would think you would have a comfortable bed and a nice jacuzzi tub also had made reservations on phone for many spa treatments and dinner reservations and talked to the girl twice but when we went to dinner no reservations so I call to make sure our spa treatments were still on and nope no reservations and no openings we did get to eat without reservations the steak was good but $60 seemed to high you don’t even get potatoes or rice just a steak on mushrooms the hamburger was delicious but again $24 for a burger no cheese etc that is extra but I would eat another hamburger there

The property is well located, for extraordinary views of the bay. The well designed placement of structures and landscaping provided natural ambiance in tune with this exquisite coastal region.
Our bed was very comfortable (a must for any leisure stay) and our room was spotless. The spa area with pool and hot tub was restful and restorative, and the dinner at Drakes absolutely delicious. The friendly and informative staff members were each and ALL absolutely delightful to converse with and they made our experience extra special.

I've stayed here many times, and it never disappoints. The rooms are large and comfortable, the views are beautiful and peaceful, and the spa is a pleasure, especially after bicycling 35 miles with a heavy touring load.
The food in the restaurant is a bit subpar for such an expensive place. Both dinner and breakfast are good roadside-diner quality. Acceptable but not memorable. It has always been this way, so it wasn't just this stay. If we had a car instead of bicycles, we would have driven back into Bodega Bay to eat.

The location is beautiful, and the view from the room was amazing.
We were on the second floor, and there was no elevator. It was challenging to carry a suitcase for a pregnant woman.
4.5
The privacy and the service.
4.5
service in the restaurant. It seems like some people working there are not properly trained. The waiter spilled a source on my partner and didn't immediately apologize - generally, he was very negative and unhappy with the job he is doing. The next day we heard how another waiter was arguing with a group of guests.
