I would stay there again due to convenient location. Could walk most everywhere we wanted to go.

The breakfast was pretty good and was convenient. I liked that they changed food selections each day.

The tiles in the bathroom and entry way needed to be scrubbed. There was grime on them which made me think they needed deeper cleaning. I took some photos. I was a little surprised because the hotel seems to be clean everywhere else....but It wasn't a deal breaker... I'd stay there again. Some amazing restaurants and small bars with entertainment nearby. I recommend Metzcal Oaxaca restaurant.

Excellent Alternative in the Historic part of Fernandina Beach

Excellent location in the Historic part of the town. A very good option if you want to walk around the city from here. Plenty of restaurants at walking distance. The free parking in the property was also a huge advantage. Easy and fast check in and check out process, helpful staff. The room and the common areas were very clean. The room was huge and comfortable. Very good value for money.

Perhaps some more options for breakfast? Anyway, it was OK. We understand that during Covid times, breakfast's won't be "as good as they were before"! No real Cons for this hotel. It was better than expected!

We would stay here again in spite of the train - just remember to bring ear plugs.

Very convenient to marina, in the old town so close to everything. Great walking town and shops.

Great location

The location is terrific, as you are in the historic district and can walk to shops and restaurants. A good breakfast with a mix of hot and cold food, including a fresh fruit salad! It met all our expectations for staying at a Hampton Inn.

The lighting is poor, especially if you like to read.

Not enough parking. One of my rooms was not ready even though I got there 30 minutes after check in time. The man at the desk was rushed with no help and acted like he really didn’t care if we got into our second room any time soon. We had an event to be at by 7pm and had 8 people trying to get showers and get ready in one room because we couldn’t get checked into out second room. Finally got our other room about 2 hours after 4pm check in time and not even an apology from the staff

Fun but very disappointing. Will probably find a different location next year unless this is addressed.

Staff was very friendly and breakfast was a win!

No pool in the Summer. We picked this location based on how much my kids loved this pool last year. We were not notified the pool was out of service until check in. I feel the need to pursue a discount for our stay. One of the main amenities for our stay was not available with 0 notice.

Location ( although proximity of the railway might have been a problem had we been trying to sleep later that 8am.)

Breakfast was of poor quality compared to the standard of rest of the property 😩. Cardboard plates, plastic cutlery - all waste into one bag - no recycling of note.

Will definitely stay there again!

The room was comfortable, the breakfast as delicious, and the location is within walking distance of all of downtown. Can't wait to come stay again.

The view from our room wasn't great. Our room overlooked the empty swimming pool.
