Este lugar es todo lo que esta bien en todos los aspectos

Close to the beach. Good restaurant on site. Walking distance to St. Armand's. Felt safe. Easy to get to from the highway.
Some front desk staff were unfriendly. Housekeeping staff were unfriendly. Elevators in the Palm building were shaky and frightening. It seemed like they were one ride away from breaking down. My room on the first floor of the Tiki building was dark and dreary. Opening the curtains meant everyone walking by could look in. When I asked for a comfortable chair for the room, I was given a kitchen chair.

We have stayed here several times when dropping off our daughter at college. It’s so nice. Huge beachfront, helpful staff, clean rooms, and great pools!!

Beach.
Food was not that great.

The location to the beach and St. Armand’s Circle. The room was BEAUTIFUL!
The food is TERRIBLE. We’ve been here 2 times and it’s just horrible and expensive. Took the kids to the drift night 1 and left a $200 meal sitting on the table and left hungry. Ordered pepperoni pizzas and fruit cups to survive and ate in town. But I was still charged $1,400 for food and drinks??? It doesn’t add up! I’m mad and won’t be returning. Plus the water was no longer blue it was dirty and green!

Every staff member we interacted with was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The Tiki Bar was great for lunch so we never had to leave the pool! The location was a very nice walk to excellent dinners and shopping!
The only negative was out of their control - the Red Tide : (

Very clean, great coffee in the room. Beautiful pool area, staff very nice and accommodating.
Red tide was terrible was lower advanced warning on your website or on their website. Dead fish all over the beach . Coughed and sneezed the entire seven days we were there couldn’t walk on the beach because of the smell. Very disappointing had I known I wouldn’t of booked

Loved the amenities especially the adults only pool. Easy access to the beach. we couldn’t do much because of the red tide was awful. They shut down the Tiki bar because of wind and red tide. The shuttle to Armand Circle was so convenient. We also enjoyed the bike and scooter rentals. The room was spacious, and we had a great view with a large balcony. The red tide was really bad and we had to wear a mask most of the vacations, so I probably wouldn’t return during that time.
The red tide made it very uncomfortable to be at the property. I understand it’s not the fault of the staff, but it made it so that we weren’t able to go on the beach.

Facilities and location were very nice
The Red Tide from the gulf was very strong and the spraying caused constant coughing and irritation
9.0
convenience, shuttle, location
bathroom was a little outdated, tiles in bathroom needed a good bleach clean
7.0
it took too much time to figure out how to work the coffee maker and microwave

check-in check-out was smooth.
Jason is wonderful, cheery and very pleasant, an asset to the hotel.
room is large, airy, clean but overpriced for the 'cheaper' part of the hotel.
However, I would stay there again and recommend it
the 'cheaper' part of the hotel was logistically challenging trying to find the lift and getting to and from some rooms its somewhat like a maize until you get your bearings!

amazing location
pricey

I really liked the location of the resort, the beach, and the bar/restaurant by the beach
There are three things I didn't like:
1. I stayed in the smaller (older?) building in the resort that had an "old style motel" layout where the only window of the room was facing the common corridor. So even though we were on the 4th floor, we couldn't keep the window curtains open at all times due to gueasts walking by
2. The mattresses were too soft - I have back pain, and soft mattess made it even worse
3. There was mold betwen the tiles in the show stand

Staff were friendly but bars need to stay open longer.
Bars close too early.
