Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I would recommend this hotel to others. Excellent and friendly staff.

Safe location. Easy access.

Received housekeeping on one day only. Had to go go to the front desk to request clean towels.

Good, then miserable. We got up and ate breakfast at 6:00 am and then left.

Heating unit in room make a loud nice at 2:30 am, and then a chemical smell permeated the room. Turned unit off and slept in the cold the rest of the night. Temperature was in the 40’s outside. Also, the tub closure was broken not being able to take a bath successfully. We used a plastic cup upside down with a bath cloth on top to hold it down. Water still leaked down the drain.

The property was fine. The would have been great until the heat problem and also the. tub.

If the town doesn’t have a Hampton Inn , I don’t stay in that town.

Breakfast was great. Location was not on main drag of Biloxi, I had to ask for directions at visitor center.

When I got my credit card statement , I discovered I had been charged twice for my room. Once by Booking .com and once by Hampton Inn. When I called Hampton they were helpful.

good stopover on drive to southern FL

very nice large comfortable room for couple and our medium sized dog.

a little out of town so not much walking area for the dog

Did not feel rested at all. Disappointed for first time in Hampton inn

Breakfast was good. Fresh food good coffee and clean dining area

Room was not clean. It had a strange smell carpet was thread bare and not clean feeling , bath tub was rusted out in places and not clean floorin bathroom was not clean. Bed was terribly uncomfortable and the AC made a terrible noise all night not what I’m use to at Hampton inns I’ve visited before .

I loved the breakfast. It was awesome. The hotel is less than a 10 minute drive from the Ocean Spring beach and the casinos. When my air went out in my room, the staff immediately moved me so I wouldn't be hot and uncomfortable. The staff was very friendly and check in was swift. I will definitely stay here again. Download the Hilton app so you can check in on your phone and use the digital key.

My room had a musty smell to it.
