Séjour trop trop bien. Seul bémol: le tarif/nuit exorbitant!

Chambre bien équipée, propre, personnel ok. Emplacement de l'hôtel au top, au pied de plusieurs lignes de métro: Idéal pour se déplacer dans tout NYC.

Location was very accessible to get around. Surrounded by many attractions too.

My toilet accessories kept falling off even after maintenance fix it. Need to find better toilet fixtures.

The location was great and they cleaned the room at decent times, none of that waking you up to have the room cleaned. It's when you were not there

Very disappointing

The atmosphere and ambiance

The amenities were not up to par. The hotel was under staffed from the beginning. The bar, terrace and pool were closed my entire stay at the hotel. The rooms didn’t have trash bags in the trash cans, housekeeping would let the doors slam while cleaning rooms on the floor causing loud repetitive explosion sounds (similar to gunshots) in the hallways every morning. One of the front desk staff told me there was no pool or outdoor area in the hotel despite there being several pictures of it on the website and insisted that “there is no pool at this hotel” even after I went to the terrace to see it myself. One night the “security guard” was fast asleep and drooling on himself when I returned to the hotel around midnight. Overall it was a very disappointing experience as I’ve stayed at other alofts and was much more satisfied.

Exceptional

That the room was a nice size and that I was in downtown Brooklyn close to public transportation. The staff was friendly and the room was always clean.

I have no complaints.

My stay was very brief however compared to other places enjoyable.

Cozy comfortable room. It was a nice location. The king size was Amazing too. The no smoking in the hotel really made a huge difference. My stay at the ALOFT was just what I needed.

The only thing I would have expected was to have a microwave inside the room. I had to stay for a couple of weeks so being able to warm up my food in the room would have been a plus. Also it was a little annoying smelling marijuana/cigarette smoke on the elevators. Otherwise all was well.

the location the view even for only being the 13th floor the employees were excellent room was spacious and comfortable

the pool still isn’t available and that would be the perfect asset to this hotel
