It was not terrible but with several other options available, I don't think I will stay there again.

Bed was comfortable. Although I did not use the refrigerator and stove I did like the option of having them in the room if needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast very limited. Floors in my room were dirty, food on the floor and the sink was dirty. The floor being dirty was very concerning because flooring is much easier to clean than carpet. It was apparent the floors were not mopped.

Great stay but minor things need easy fixes.

The large fridge. Bathroom was nice. Lots of room. Bed was comfy. AC was very cold in 90 degree weather.

The fridge opens the wrong way in 223. You get stuck by the table opening the fridge. Easy fix to change door opening. Baseboards are already coming unglued. The renovation looks rushed and some quality was compromised. Needs more dishes and glassware. ***The desk below the TV is a complete safety hazard and should be replaced. It is on 4 rolling wheels that move on the slightest touch, especially when the floor isn't level. If a person needs support getting up off the chair, if the used the desk as support, the desk and chair will wheel away and the person will fall to the ground and get hurt*** even a rug might make it move less, but I would replace the desks with no wheels or locking wheels. Bed is very tall.

KITCHENETTE WAS A SUPRISE, NICE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST, SOFT COMFY BED,NEAR A TON OF RESTAURANTS, WILL BY MY PLACE NEXT TIME I COME TO KANKAKEE TO VISIT FAMILY

Terrible Service

The location is great, right next to the mall and a lot of busy shopping locations. Some of the staff are great, others terrible.

My room wasn't properly cleaned when I arrived, as you can see, there was sticky brown liquid on our hair dryer. The staff was very immature and acted like rowdy guests when I first arrived. None of them could have been older than 18 and they went right back to relaxing on the couches, watching TV, and being loud on their phones, once they were done checking us in. There was an eventual shift change, where the other receptionist seemed to understand professionalism, but the first kids had already ruined the experience for me, since they were there my whole first day.

Check on staff was friendly.

Toilet clogged, with that being the whole reason we got a room. Shower didn't fully turn in to shower. Water presurre sucks. Heater and air conditioner was put together with duck tape. The floor was sticky.

My grandson said that the room was "Ok."

I booked a three night stay for my grandson, who is in the Military. One of the reasons that I booked it was because the website stated, "Breakfast Included." When I asked my grandson about it, he said that there was no breakfast at all. I was very disappointed.

Spend a little more to have a much better experience at another hotel

close to where we were going

chairs, sheets, carpet and towels were stained. breakfast was very limited items. Only had 2 flat pillows, called and went to front desk to get the third pillow that should have been there. No parking close to door for handicap, didn’t see any designated handicapped parking but wasn’t going to drive to the further parking to check. Front desk clerk seemed bothered that she had to get up from watching tv in the lobby to check us in before 5pm.

The cost that's it

My room was not clean, the beds need updated to memory and gel foam to be comfortable which these were not, the phone in the room was outdated, elevator didn't work, water fountains didn't work, just the whole entire hotel needs to get renovated with all new gear so it can be a success! No parking available at the time I went.

Wouldn’t recommend booking here unless you absolutely cannot afford to stay nowhere else .

The area the hotel was located close to everything.

Everything wasn’t clean hotel multiple people told me they hotel always nasty , staff wasn’t helpful , bed wasn’t made when I got to check in , tub was nasty toilet just wasn’t somewhere I would book again no matter how cheap the prices is you pay what you get next time I’ll be booking to the hotels next to the magnuson which is best western or comfort inn never again !

Not cleaned and don’t fall for the photo as an average stay

Room and bathroom rooms are not clean. I can see hairs in bathroom tub and on the bed. It was no where to photos on the website.
