Didn’t like it

The lady in the office was really really nice and she was helpful

I didn’t like that people on the 3rd floor run all night long the first night I had to call the office 4 times before they found out who was running and other people said they heard it to on the second . The lady in the office was really really nice The tv didn’t work and I was supposed to get money back and I haven’t gotten anything back

Couldn’t do anything with the tv at all, the free hot continental breakfast was non existent the hot parts were coffee waffles toast and oatmeal so that’s not hot I have to heat it all myself but the drink

Don't stay here even if you're on a budget

Location.

Room smelled awful. Mold, blood, and other stains on the sheets. Lady at the desk didn't believe I had two rooms reserved and made checking in an absolute hassle at 2am. Never coming back and never recommending.

it’s a nicer super 8 than most that I’ve seen or stayed in.

the bathroom had a super weird smell. there were not enough pillows and it was pretty expensive for the value.

Crap

Shittyyyyyyy Carpet all stained People asking for money when u leave the room Pool closed Breakfast had cereal but no milk. Waffles but no syrup. Shower didn’t drain. Horrible.

Bed Bug, need I say more

Lady at counter was very understanding.

As we were settling in, my wife found a bed bug. We quickly packed up, took the bug to the counter and asked for a refund. The last said my card has not yet been charged and would clear off my pending account by morning. I woke up in a hard to find hotel, due to not having reservation.... And found my card has been charged, I am still waiting on my refund. Morning manager was called about the charge and was very rude. If I do not have my refund by Tuesday morning I will file with the BBB as well as a law suit for my refund.

Great Location. Poor housekeeping.

The location was easy to find. The lobby was newly renovated and clean.

Upon initial check in and inspection, the furnishings in the room were badly worn. They pull out couch sheet had dried blood along with the mattress. (Even if the sofa had have been clean there were no blankets or pillows.) At this point there was a very large cockroach seen.( larger than a quarter, for sure) We immediately asked for a complete refund. The clerk made many Excuses but did refund immediately. The parking lot of the facility was very poorly lit. I honestly would not feel comfortable with my wife or daughter being alone in the parking lot.

Will not stay here again

Breakfast was not what was advertised. No protein foods offered. Opened late.

The carpets are seriously bad! Need replaced!! We were falsely accused of damage to our room and weren't given a discount on the room after having to be moved to another room due to an incident that occurred while we were away for the day!

Location was good.when we arrived front desk was polite

The carpets in our room was completely stained up we had towels that had makeup still on them that was not clean it was not clean the doors had dirt fingerprints all up-and-down the bathroom doors and on the light switches it seemed like the room had not been cleaned at all and there wasn't very much option to choose from a breakfast is mainly just waffles oatmeal, cereal. The desk person didn't seem to care that we had a towel with makeup on it. Had complained about a group of guys a few doors down partying outside their room left beer caps and bottles out cigarettes in walk way. Desk person said it was their contractors.. but didn't try to address their loudness and partying.

Location to my work and close to everything I needed.

They didn't tell me that they wasn't going to take the money out of my account yhe day I checked in but instead they waited 2 days after I checked out to take it out. Which caused me to be overdrawn. I could understand if a h old was placed on my card but the other times there wasn't.
