Very large room, 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette. Plenty of room for kiddos
Room we choose specifically because it said it had a hot tub IN THE ROOM... it did not. Also no plugs for charging devices as listed

Jamal was awesome! You should give him a raise.
A bit loud upstairs with baseball team.
4.1
It was a beautiful facility very comfortable and staff was extremely nice.

we asked for extra pillows and got push back as it's extended stay and they only allow 4. NEVER has that ever happened before. Low class move Sonesta

Interstate noise

The square footage
It says it two room suite when it’s only one room
4.1
the two story suite was pretty nice.
this hotel is in the ghetto area of albuquerque called the warzone. . we were accosted and threatened at a near by store. their are homeless everywhere. its not the fault of the hotel but just be careful in this part of town. the free breakfast was mid but their coffee was delicious
4.1
Spacious room with kitchen & living area.
Breakfast could be improved

I didn't eat breakfast.
The daily process of getting towels. We had to go to the front desk with our dirty towels and exchange for clean ones.

The room size was nice traveling with grandkids! I had my own space

I liked the size of the room and the pool.Jamal the guy from the front desk is an amazing, helpful and very welcoming person.
I didn’t like the breakfast, there were people who smoked marijuana ( it’s smell bad), in the room It was a bad smell too.
4.1
staff, breakfast and price
There is a woman who it seems lives there and was screaming at 2 am about satan being a liar and on another stay there she was arguing with herself at about 3am
4.1
The young man at the desk. I think his name is Gregory. Excellent service
Parking. While you have disability there was only one and it did not have the wheelchair space. We had to pull out the car to transfer my son from his wheelchair to the car
4.1
Amenities are tremendous. Staff is extremely trained and comfortable tying
Any issue that arose the front desk clerk would provide a solution to the problem asap.

convenient location, specious room, large refrigerator. Friendly staff especially who prepared and served breakfast.
can't think any.
4.1
The rooms were large and comfortable . Everything I needed was supplied and the breakfast was amazing. What stood out the most was the staff, friendly, helpful and efficient.
The only drawback for me was the stairs. I'm handicap but I couldn't find a handicap room with two separate rooms and a fold out sofa. The handrails on the steps were very helpful. The check in staff immediately noticed my handicap and was willing to help find me a ground floor accommodation but I told him I'd be fine.
4.1
location was perfect, staff very friendly and helpful, the two bedroom suite was large and perfect for our needs
the breakfast could use some more adult cereal choices otherwise good

Didn’t eat
I had no heat in my room. Maintenance man would not come help because it was a Saturday night. Totally unacceptable
4.1
The room was a large studio, we were only there one night traveling through on the way to Vegas. The place was nice, other guests were a little loud. Location really only allowed you to walk to one restaurant.
Just the guests upstairs - they were pretty loud,

comfortable room, room to stretch out in. close to Rudy’s and it’s great BBQ.
little traffic noise from US 40 but not too bad.

The hotel staff and front desk and breakfast attendant were absolutely amazing.
It was a pretty uneasy location as we seen alot of homeless and even heard gunshots. The room was very worn and when we checked in housekeeping neglected to see there was entire laundry basket filled of clothes on the terrace. The bed was very floppy and I did not like they charge for parking, nightly.
4.1
The location was easy to access. The breakfast was really good! All was clean and beds comfy.
The ceiling fan did not work. In the loft units, which is what we had it would have been nice to have the circulation. The front door had a large gap which allowed cold air in. We put a suitcase in front of it. The fire alarm system, WOW! They have them mounted at the end or side of beds at the ceiling. These units flash all night. You have to pull covers over your head to sleep. Very annoying!! This property showed to have great reviews but, sorry not from the loft unit we were in. We won't stay here again. It needs serious updates.

the beds were comfy, the breakfast was ok, and I enjoyed the bonfire at night,
we had to leave so soon
4.1
Location close proximity to major highway.
Breakfast was cold. Fireplace not operational and drafty.
