Location
The room could have been cleaned better. We had a 2 bedroom. The room had a horrible smell. The remote was missing in the living room. Tv was missing in one of the bedrooms. The bathroom toilet was nasty. 3 females to share a bathroom and only a few sheets of toilet paper and not an extra roll was there. No shower curtain floor could have been swept and mopped. Fridge could have been cleaned better. Roaches outside of our hotel room door. Location is perfect. The staff that worked over night not so friendly. Will never ever stay there again. The only good thing was Crystal and Camilla were very sweet it’s just the property is horrible.

The Breakfast was disappointing! Also having the very small display of item right at the front desk was extremely uncomfortable!! And the dining room was not inviting with nasty trash bins all over the place!! And other days it was blocked with chairs!!??
My room was not ready!! Very limited supplies!! Dull, gloomy, creepy elevator and only one working elevator with a weird push button on the opposite wall!!??

The breakfast was just coffee and snack bars.
The place is pretty run down and needing renovation. The back door is inaccessible from outside. This appears to be purposeful due to previous unauthorized access of the property.

nothing didn’t stay here
I booked a 2 bedroom suite only to check in and pay my money and get a 1 bedroom suite tht smelled like It had not been cleaned in months. Lady tried to tell me i booked a regular suite when my confirmation said 1 2 bedroom suite. I went back to desk and requested a refund cause that is not what I booked and it caused my vacation to start off very stressful with no where to stay after I drove 10ths and just wanted to close my eyes for a couple hours… Took me 3 hrs to find another hotel that had rooms available for me and my family to stay in .

No breakfast, that was clearly statement in the amenities.. I was asked if I wanted a smoking room, I notified yes and come to find out they have no smoking room. Also, my room smelled like old collard greens I had to burn my whole candle before leaving.

I traveled 7 hours to get there and had to use the bathroom. I asked Rasheeda at the front desk to use the bathroom before I checked in. Rasheed at the front desk stopped me and said we don’t have a bathroom in the lobby, even though there was one clearly marked as bathroom in the hallway. On the bathroom door it said employees only. So I tried to check in and I had to wait until she finished answering the phone. When she finally got to me, she asked me was I staying alone. I put on the booking 2 people when I reserved it. She made me get my wife from the car to show her ID to the front desk. My wife was in the car watching all our belongings. I had to hold myself from using the bathroom this whole time. Then finally I get the key from her and run to the bathroom. When I went back to the front desk, she told me the free breakfast was not in the dining hall, it was in the lobby and it was not a sit down breakfast. You just grab it and go. That’s not great customer service at all!

I liked how clean the rooms are. I also liked how home-like it felt.
If I had a complaint it would be the door slamming shut everything it's opened right outside the room.

Nothing
I didn’t like that even though I made reservations, I was told that my room was not guaranteed because they overbooked. I didn’t like killing bugs all night. I didn’t like having to get hot water out of the tub just to wash dishes. I couldn’t even get a hot cup of coffee. At 7:30am, the coffee was lukewarm and stale.

nothing.
everything. the night audit was high when I arrived to check in. he told me they didn’t have rooms available without checking the system to see if I had already had a room reserved. I had to tell him what to do. then before he checked me in, he told me not to be mad at him if my room wasn’t clean. I made him go check to see if it was clean. the doors to the guest towers was NOT LOCKED. it was supposed to be entry by key . there was NO breakfast as advertised. the halls smelled of cigarettes at a NON SMOKING facility!

I liked the location of the property.
I didn’t like the fact that people live at the hotel. breakfast was just snacks. when I checked in, I was given a room and there were people still occupying the room. got switched to another room and had to make a noise complaint on the neighbors because we couldn’t sleep bc of the noise and loud music. and there was also 2 roaches in the microwave.

Great Location!
In order:
-Check in clerk said she couldn’t find my reservation and was eager to turn me away in the pouring rain. 10mins later she says “oh, it’s under your FIRST name!”
-Being told detergent isn’t for sale when there is an easily replaceable sign in my face saying they sell 2 types.
-Room smelled wet, heater under the window had a “snaggle-toothed” vent, and was operable only by the unit on the wall.
-Ended up taking a bath every time I tried to take a shower bc the water wouldn’t drain properly
-Overall dirty bathroom, plus gum stuck to the TOP of the “office” desk. Found more stuck gum in various places after sanitizing the place myself
-Only entrance is through the front lobby. Exit where you want. This is a secluded area near a hospital, not exactly a dangerous area, so why?
-The next morning, I attempted to extend my stay for a day. I was asked to present my card, and the man said he’d make an exception since his manager wouldn’t like it. I said last night, was that the manager who let me use my phone to pay? He snorts and points to his shirt, saying sarcastically “I’m the manager” as if I was supposed to recognize him?
- I had to make a reservation via booking.com again, and I paid as well on the site. He then peeled his attention away from the TV to find it. He did, the told me my total, and I paid with my phone. He loudly said it declined, and I realized he was wrong, saying “I already paid, you just tried to charge me twice for one night.” He checked his computer and quietly gave me my new keys without any sort of politeness and was back in the lobby watching tv before I could even turn from the desk. His name was Kaylan Striggles.
-Dusty, dirty, dingy laundry room I refused to use. Stuck with wet clothes.
-Loud neighbors roaming the hallways! Not managers fault but they def lived there.
-Atrocious looking snack bar with less than half of the menu items listed offered.
