Dirty rooms not once, but twice

Front desk staff was very nice and apologetic for the dirty rooms

The first room we checked into was totally unacceptable. There were still-wet stains on the comforters of both beds, plus brown spots all over one of the pillows. The toilet seat was filthy and stained a dirty yellow. And there was an actual mound of boogers smeared onto the wall next to a bed. Disgusting! We asked to be moved to another room, and the front desk attendant was really wonderful and understanding...had us moved within a couple of minutes. But problems reconvened in room #2 which clearly hadn't even been cleaned since the previous guest. Both beds had visibly been laid in, pillows had hair on them, there were food wrappers and crumbs under both beds, and used wet towels still in the bathroom. The toilet wouldn't flush (used tossue was in the bowl when we walked in) & the nightstand outlets also would not even charge a phone or tablet and instantly made our chargers overheat to the point I thought they might catch fire! We will never book this hotel again. Please, please up your cleaning standards.

OK, but could’ve been better.

We have really enjoyed staying at this hotel in the past it is reasonable But has some things that need fixed

In our room, the coffee maker didn’t work and the toilet ran most of the night. The hot tub in the pool did not work in the pool. Temperature was very cold. We mentioned this to the front desk and they said we could have breakfast on them and the breakfast Was still being served, we came right down and were told that breakfast was no longer being served after given a ticket to get a free breakfast. Very disappointed.

A decent hotel, budget friendly but the cleanliness of the bathrooms and pool aren't great.

Overall we had a good experience. We really liked the temperature of the pool and hot tub. The bedding was what you'd expect from a hotel, my kids really enjoyed the scents of the soap, shampoo, etc. It was a huge hotel which my kids enjoyed.

None of the outlets worked in our room so we couldn't charge any of our devices. The bathroom was pretty gross, the wallpaper was peeling, the toilet was yellow and bits of it were flaking off. The tub bottom had bits peeling off. Hotel pools are a big draw for us, while the water temperature was wonderful, both the pool and the hot tub had things floating around all over the water and there were large hair chunks/hairballs all over the perimeter of the pool that were pretty disgusting.

The bed was comfortable not so high I had to jump in. The room was nicely appointed but dated.

Not what I expected

The rooms were decent

1) I was charged a $50 deposit ($100 for both rooms) which I did not know about when I originally booked the rooms. 2) The swimming pool was not open!! 3) Could not access the fitness room 4) There was a cost for breakfast!! Most hotels offer a free continental breakfast

I booked this property because it had a swimming pool, bar and restaurant. All 3 of those were closed!

staff was rude, things were locked and couldn’t be used, pool doesn’t have adult hours anymore and you are bombarded by unsupervised children when it was open, bed was very uncomfortable.

Comfortable and adequate for one night stay.

Comfortable bed, nice location, and close to attractions.

Pool and hot tub was not working and closed, rooms are poorly maintained and felt more like a low end motel room than hotel room.

This location is great, but please hore more people and give this once-great property a facelift!

The location is great.

The staff are so overworked and not cheerful because of that. The lines at the front desk are long because there are only two people working it. The hotel has diminished in quality since it was rebranded from Marriott to Wyndham. The parking lot is run down and weedy, The restaurant/bar used to be vibrant and alive but now it's empty and uninspired.

Ótimo custo-benefício e próximo ao aeroporto.

O transfer gratuito do aeroporto é uma ótima comodidade. Além disso havia água, chá e café no lobby para os clientes, guarda bagagem. Quarto com um tamanho bom e confortável.

O transfer demorou muito, liguei para o telefone que estava na reserva, mas estava errado.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was very convenient and comfortable for my business trip.

Comfortable room. Good breakfast buffet. Conveniently located next to highway.

Room flooring seemed a little worn down. Hallway could use some more vacuuming.

Pleasant

The location was great! 15 minutes away from everything we wanted to see

The food was bad. We ate dinner there 1 night and breakfast once. We had to go out and find a place that had good food. The breakfast was a buffet and the potatoes was so hard you couldn’t eat them then they had no bacon and never brought any out. The milk the kids was drinking was expired.Plus nobody came around to give new towels or empty our garbage.

If I'm ever in Cleveland again, I'll stay here

The room was great with a view of the courtyard that had a family of ducks. The shower had great pressure

The toilet runs if you don't jiggle the handle. The place is outdated but has The Shining feel to it which I found neat

very disappointing in every way. Not worth the money. A disgrace to the name Wyndam.

big room, good location, clean room, staff ok but not great

1. Key didn't work- we tried four times and then I had to go back to the front desk twice and the new keys they gave me still didn't work. Finally they changed our room, but the whole thing took about 45 minutes with us just standing in the hall. 2. the elevator didn't work half of the time! the door rattled and sometimes got stuck and we were stuck in the elevator until we pushed the "open" button a few times and finally got it to open. This is really dangerous! If a person has claustrophobia they could have had a heart attack in there. We mentioned this to the front desk people and they just nodded and had no reaction or promise to make it right soon. 3. Small things like no tissues in the room, the in-room refrigerator wasn't cool although it was plugged in, no ice bucket, etc. All in all very poor for a well-known chain hotel.

Breakfast after they told me I had to pay but had already paid for in reservation.

Piss on 1 room bath floor then skunk outside and staff said "It's OK he lives there" Door had rock keeping it open went to move it and was told to put back. Got a ticket for parking. Spa didn't work tub didn't drain towels felt like sand paper

Terrible stay, the worst experience in my life

nothing, it was terrible stay in this hotel

They haven't responded to my emails for few days after check out. No any response. Only after writing the opinion did I receive an e-mail with an apology from the manager, but he did not respond to any of my allegations. They didn't answer who tried and how he opened the door to my room with a card at 7.45am. I had both my cards inside. It looks like someone tried to break into my room with another card. They didn't answer why hotel are double charging my card, I had to report it to booking.com Noone didn't answer why they woke me up at 4:30am even though I canceled this wake up call after midnight myself through reception desk. Didn't respond me about the annoying noises from the AC and bathroom throughout the stay etc. Shuttle bus didnt pick me up at 10:45pm from airport. Nobody from the staff didnt contact me about claims. They have done nothing.......... I'm so disapointed about this hotel and staff.

Nice place. Very busy location being close to the airport.

It was centrally located for the many events we had to attend that weekend.

Had to change rooms because the first one AC unit was leaking and the carpet was soaked.

Cleanliness. Price. Pool wasn’t clean. Bathroom door didn’t function or close properly. Bugs found in 1 of my rooms. Didn’t turn over any of the rooms once, not even new towels or trash removal.
