Beautiful grounds, putt putt golf and pickleball were a plus. Spa is expensive, but worth it. Comfy bed. Good to great food in most of the restaurants.
Requested two rooms next to each other. They allowed us to check in to 1 room early and text us when adjacent room was ready. The front desk booked someone else in our 2nd room so I was put in another room they considered an upgrade. Back side of the building, no sunset view like previous room. While the room was larger the bathroom floor needs a deep cleaning. The only plus to the room mess up was that is was in a quieter area of the hotel. Disappointed I didn't gave a sunset view from my deck.

So many options - even though we stayed mainly at the pools. Lol.
It took a very long time to check in. Only one staff member.

Excellent location. Beautiful garden and outdoor setup.
Food quality is clearly below average for a 5 stars hotel. Very disappointing, regardless if ordering in the room or eating at one of the restaurants
Even a simple pizza was not well cooked (cheese didn’t melt)

It's my second stay, and it's such a beautiful scenery and facility that I can forget my daily life.
Since it was assigned to the room, it was like hell of the summer.
And I ate at a restaurant in front of the lobby
Even though I told you the room number, I was very unhappy because I asked you to leave my credit card and eat.
It was a small woman who was a small woman, but she was just kind of good at eating.
We asked the manager why we should leave the card and eat even though we told him the room number.
She said she was sorry that she didn't know why she acted like that.
This seems to be the part that needs to be properly educated.
A fantastic trip to the Marriott was ruined by her.

Nothing, really. Place is overhyped. Stay as well. This place is not worth it.
Overpriced. Staff was not attentive. The pool was closed one of the days. Tried calling room service for days. I never got anyone on the phone. Let the management team know and never received a response as to why. Will not be coming back.

I loved it all, no complaints

Great property and amenities
No one told us about security deposit. Person who checked us in just told us to swipe our card and deducted $1000 AUD from our account. Would be great if they were more transparent about it.

Too crowded. Too many corporate or group events. As a group of two (mother -son)I felt like I was crashing their parties. Had dinner at aquifer 65 and felt like I was in the group corporate event. Not good.
Need a full sidewalk from parking to front door.
Walking thru another parking lot is not safe and was not lit at night.
Having a front desk person walk us to our room at check in would be nice. We were in an outer billing and got lost several times trying to get to room on late arrival at 9pm
Having front desk tell us where to put golf clubs would have been helpful. Dragging them while
Getting lost above was not ideal.
Line at breakfast was unacceptable.
I paid $600+ for a cabana. It only came with a few free waters and one bowl of chips?!
Bathtub drain did not stay lugged. My son wanted a bath and was unable. If a shower didn’t work you’d refund or move to a new room. I got nothing for this inconvenience.

Location to our venue was great. Loved the sushi restaurant on property. Also liked all of the animals and views. The valet service was also great.
we were told that our room was facing the atrium and could be loud. It wasn't just loud it was insane with screaming drunk people until 1 am. They said the room would have a pull out couch and it did not - very odd room config. The room was pretty beat up. chipped furniture, stains etc. it just wasn't what we selected nor did it match the online selection for the roomrate we paid.

The grounds were fantastic. Too many great things to mention. I was really only there for the grass tennis courts. The arcade was fun and I really enjoyed eating. Love the onsite Starbucks.
The rooms are old and outdated. Definitely doesn’t match the outside. The pillows are too soft. I didn’t sleep well. Floor was scratched. Tile was cracked. The crown modelings were not properly caulked. Carpet was old. C’mon guys do way better with those rooms for 601.00 per night!

Rooms were comfortable, lots of options to eat, hotel is beautiful.
Staff was a little rude sometimes. The concierge told me that all reservations for all restaurants were sold out. Then, I grabbed my phone and used Open Table and found out that there still were spots available in all restaurants.
Additionally my AC wasn’t working well. I woke up in the middle of the night because the room was too hot.

This is a Beautiful resort, and it really was a treat for us, however our stay did have a few negatives too.
-only a minor, yet observation.
we ordered lunch at the bar and my husband asked for the wings which they didn’t have and offered him chicken strips instead, but they put less strips on the plate than there would have been wings
-the bar near the pool was closed which we were really looking forward to. There was no atmosphere, no music nothing.
-most importantly, we had a leak in our bathroom and there was water making large puddles we call the reception and no one answered therefore resulted in managing the situation ourselves with the use of towels.
My 4 year old daughter slipped, fortunately didn’t hurt herself too much. This was reported at checkout and the head of guest services responded with we can’t offer you any compensation. You will need to complete a security incident document in with the security team and they will assess the situation.
Firstly I hadn’t asked for compensation
Secondly i informed them of the situation so that no one else in that room woke up to water in there after we would have left, and the fact my daughter had fallen on the wet floor due to the leak. There was a lack of care in my opinion. We waited around for someone to come and take our statement, whom was a lovely individual but the overall flippant attitude by the manager really left a bad taste.
I’ve not heard anything back from the resort or anyone on site and definitely wasn’t even offered a free cup of tea for the inconvenience.
Therefore although beautiful we did leave feeling inconvenienced and neglected as the lady didn’t even ask if my daughter was ok and not hurt. When in-fact she slipped on a floor with large puddles in the bathroom and did feel pain.

In our room we found a large cockroach, and dirt near the bed, the room was covered in dust. then we were transferred to another room, and during the check-out they delivered a check to us to pay $ 94 for the oase bar, and our bill was $ 52. we waited an hour for them to find out that we had a check of $52. and lost our time

We enjoyed all the fun the resort had to offer. Staff was amazing
The room was dirty. The baseboards have not been dusted in months, lights, back border, tissues holders all have severe dust which covid virus can live on for up to 30 days. The rest room smelled of a dirty rag used to clean with. The floors had hair and dust all over as if housekeepers did not sweep ETC..

Nice and clean and all areas were easy to get to
Property was perfect. I only disliked that house keeping relentlessly knocked on our door at 8:45am cuz we forgot to put up our sign to not disturb. 8:45 was way too early
