Been here before in the past. Nice location.

No upgrade to rooms for USB ports. And only Decaf was in room. There was no regular coffee. Also, young female who checked me in was not very friendly. She delt with one guest before me. Then it was my turn. She never said a word. Just stood there and looked at me. Didn't even say thank you.

Poor service

For the price of the hotel Breakfast should have been Included

The house phone dead, I was told by the clerk power failure 2 weeks ago and still not fixed. You did not have USB cable ports in the room very unsafe. No wifi Ridiculous for Marriott brand. We asked for bottle of wine for the room because it was our 44 wedding anniversary this did not happen when we returned to room at night the bar was closed

If it wasn’t for their location I wouldn’t have stayed there.

The bed was comfy, breakfast was good but mostly the location

The room wasn’t very clean. I think maybe I expected better quality with it being Marriott? Way over priced for the quality of the rooms there.

Sofa bed had no sheets, blanket or pillow. Called front desk for items I never got them.

Friendly staff, not so much the hotel.

I absolutely loved the staff.

Hotel was old and outdated especially for $184 a night. The floors and stairs were warn. It reminded me of a motel not a hotel.

everything, staff, breakfast cooked for us. clean very comfortable place to stay.

only on elevator, which was way over on other side of building. not convenient for bringing up or taking down luggage.

Disappointing

Beds uncomfortable. The Starbucks machine wasn't working. The hotel had a funny smell. We also had to use hotel stairs to get to our room and something made all of our eyes water ( not sure if it was related to smell). Service was good but hotel was in pretty bad condition

Nice hotel, clueless management

Clean, comfortable room, great location with a Pappadeaux next door.

First hotel that I have stayed at that does not offer complimentary coffee in the lobby for guests in the morning. Was told to go next door to the Homewood Suites to get coffee. Next time I’ll just stay at Homewood Suites.

Price and location. The staff were very nice.

The shower had flimsy curtains that did not prevent water from getting on the floor. The carpet needed cleaning. The room keys didn't always work.

Other than comfortable bed, hotel needs maintenance, water damage remediation and cleaning up.

Bed was comfortable, temperature well controlled.

Outside doors not working well with keycards. Drinking water station was broken. Lobby was filled with trash on tables and chairs. Asked for bedding for single pull out bed and was told that I had to wait for front desk relief to get it (could have put up a sign saying be right back). Halls were hot. Mildew smell behind headboard. Found a condom on the floor.

Johnnie at the front desk was the best! She helped us get what we needed and answered questions thoroughly. She was a joy!

That we thought we were getting breakfast included per what it said in the description when we purchased. But it was not included and we were a little miffed about the deceptiveness of the description
