Disappointing

To be a Marriot facility, this location was nasty. The shower was dirty there was mold in places, the room smelled musty. It was not a nice facility at all. Extremely disappointed Marriot would tie their name to such an unkempt hotel.

They do and dont accept paypal

The brand.

The whole experience was bad. I didn't even get to check in and they still charged me. By the way they say they don't accept Paypal cards of an sort but tjey sure can charge it.

Everything was okay but they did have a homeless man under the influence come into the hotel.

Housekeeping very sweet

Hotel charged my card THREE TIMES . Told me that I have to talk to my bank regarding the refund because it was already processed. Have not received my refund yet. Homeless man came in the hotel without any access begging and making others feel uncomfortable.

Clean and close to city

I was made to pay for breakfast despite my room rate including breakfast for me and my family. I was told that I was only eligible for $10 discount per room which was not disclosed to me at booking.

Pictures are deceiving. This property hasn't been kept up. Location is good and staff is friendly.

We didn't eat breakfast. I liked that the staff was very friendly. You have a great staff. Thank you for all of your kindness and hospitality. I also liked that we had a balcony but I didn't use it. I like that checkout time was at noon. I liked that the room had a pullout bed.

This property looks like someone bought it and could care less if they keep it up. I am really surprised Marriott would allow this hotel to bear its brand name. Hotel upkeep appears to be non-existent. The carpet floors in the common areas looked very dirty. Also, the doors to the outside of the hotel ( the entry doors) did not lock at all. This is a safety red flag for me. The pullout bed had rust on it. I asked for extra sheets and was given a comforter case that had one sheet and one blanket in it. It was not what I asked for.

I enjoyed the comfy king size bed and the flat screen tv.

Dirty bathroom sink, no access to the hot tube or the swimming pool.

Expensive for not even being able to go to the pool, having ants and wasps w/ no housekeeping.

The room had a/c and was cool. A patio was nice since I smoke. The staff were very nice and accommodating.

The pool was under construction, there was nothing indicating this when I booked. I would have booked a cheaper hotel w/out a pool. There were ants coming from the ceiling in the bathroom. There were two wasps nest on the patio. Housekeeping never came and we took all our food trash out ourselves. We never hung a do not disturb sign.
