Home away from home!

I want to thank all the hotel staff for being so warm and welcoming in every single day of my staff. I want to specially recognize Kimberly, Sergio and Robert from the Front Desk and Marilyn from Housekeeping. They all made me feel at home, far far away from home. I will definitely come back!

Funciona para viajes cortos

La ubicación muy buena porque necesitábamos quedar cerca al Hard Rock Stadium y cumplió las expectativas. La habitación cómoda y justa para un viaje corto.

Definitivamente me pareció muy mal el que no arreglaran la habitación. Pusieron la excusa del Covid y que solo la arreglan si los huéspedes lo solicitan. Llegamos la segunda noche y todo estaba tal cual lo dejamos al irnos. Además, no tenía papelera el baño.

It was a slightly disappointing experience

The location was not terrible, the main living area was acceptable. The couch was really nice.

The bathroom was subpar and the towels were not changed when I asked I had to manually go down to the desk and get new towels

The room was good

The pool was inoperable, the floor in the bathroom area was wet, and breakfast was very minimal. Check-in time is too far out!

Clean, safe, and comfortable place at a fair price

Everything was clean, up to date, bed was comfy, shower was hot, staff were friendly, temperature control in the room worked great. I felt it was a good value, not a bargain but not super-expensive, for a hotel that is nice and clean in a safe and convenient area (grocery, convenience stores, restaurants right nearby).

No serious complaints. A sign declared that the outdoor pool was closed, even though I couldn't tell why. (Maybe it was just too "cold" out - 75 - for Floridians to consider swimming?)

This was a keeper

Very roomy and overall great experience.

Only 1 thing that was a minor inconvenience. The room key kept giving us trouble. Everything else was great. I would definitely return in the future.

No tiene restaurante ni bar, solo una cafeteria que no esta abierta todo el dia. Trabaja solo en horas del desayuno. Por lo demas todo esta bien. El wifi no se como trabaja, use los datos de T Mobil que son extraordinarios en cualquier parte del mundo.

Lejos y te cobran por todo.

Alrededor hay gasolinera y restaurantes (no propios del hotel)

Para lo lejos que se encuentra de las atracciones turísticas por el precio, si vas de paseo mejor busca otra opción. El aire acondicionado de la habitación hacía demasiado ruido. Te cobran el estacionamiento a pesar de no estar ocupado el hotel. No hubo limpieza por dos noches. Si vas por este precio es mejor que busques otra opción de mejores condiciones, de seguro lo vas a encontrar.

Nice,comfortable stay with access to everything

The location was excellent and close to the major highways as well as food and coffee. The hotel was quiet and the room was nice.

The room was small and a little outdated. The furniture placement was sort of odd and the main back entrance which should require a key for entry was broken.

Location .Beds are comfortable.The gym also nice

The bathtub need to be clean caz is was full is hair in the hole so the water don’t run properly.Also we let them know we find some bugs in the wall close tho the bed .We don’t agree about charge of parking and it’s not the $5 dollars we don’t see nobody taking care in the parking for us to pay for .

Front desk staff was not too friendly. Toilet handle needs fixing. They should have at least complementary coffee for guests.
