Breakfast was mediocre. I expected more options. The food was in low supply and not being replenished in a timely manner.

Comfortable and clean
Breakfast didn’t offer items for someone with gluten allergies as they have in the past.

The staff went above and beyond during our stay. They were completely understanding and helpful when they heard about our family situation. Their act of kindness meant a lot to our family and we will never forget it. Thank you so much. Our family is extremely grateful and the world needs more people like you.

The cleaning staff of the rooms are very friendly and attentive, especially Mrs. Adelaida, very friendly and attentive.
The reception staff is very poorly educated and without optimism. I was 30 minutes away from arriving at the hotel, my wife and son who have special needs were already there waiting in the cold outside since I saw for work from another city it's raining and I called the reception to help me and see if they let them enter what I arrived and they answer me that they can't do it, when on past occasions I have seen that they have done That they let them enter what arrived and that if there was something else to pay I would have no problem that I had booked a double room to spend the New Year ... it was excused that the manager was not there and that he could not do anything and my wife and son had to use stranded outside the hotel, in the cold and the storm. we really had bad experience in this poor hotel.

it was in a good location for us. the housekeeping seemed to be good. when asked them to fix problems in our room, the maintenance guy made it there while we were gone and fixed the problem.
we had one of the staff members at the front desk, talked kind of condescending to my husband when we called about the sink being backed up, our bedroom telephone and outlets weren’t working. The hallways smelled like an outhouse sooooo bad. luckily our room didn’t smell too much. there were dogs barking in every other room we walked by.

Everything about the hotel was great including the stay I had here a few days later
So i booked online for 2 days put booking in my wife's name and then something came up to where she couldnt get there til the following morning I was there and paid with my card but had room in her name upon check-in I was told I couldn't check in because their name issue so I said okay I will work it out online I was able to get the reservations switched into my name with confirmation number and everything updated you can see it on the website it seem like it was fine by this time it was about 11:00 I was back at counter and the gentleman stated I was still not on the reservation and he could not do anything for me he refused to look at my new confirmation or anything like that stating a third party doesn't have the same messaging and updates their system would have which was fine so I asked should I just wait it out to see if it updates and what was the latest I could check in and he said to me check in at 6:00 a.m. for all I care so I waited till 2:00 a.m. went back in to check in he told me my name had been switched to the main name on the room but that he had finished auditing his drawer for the evening and I'd have to wait to the following day so basically I wasted $200 the first night and didn't get to check in till 9:00 a.m. the next morning the hotel itself was great the rest of the staff was great just that one in particular person could care less about trying to help my situation when I know he could have if he so choose to

Very nice and quiet location, updated facilities. very quiet compared with other Residence Inn we have stayed, happy with that. There were some places to eat right across the parking lot. The Vet Center is right next door. Very friendly staff at the front desk. Thank you!
The room wasn’t as clean as they say. the door knob and surrounding area was smudged with yucky looking grime. we pulled out the hide a bed and there were food particles, including a gold fish and a bottle of some pills. The sheets for the bed had holes and were torn. The coffee pot lid was broken, it was pretty dirty with grime, very old pot, wouldn’t cost much to replace so that was weird. No one wore masks, except us and the staff. They served an open serve yourself buffet of food, not a good idea during flu season. we passed on that. We were having brunch with family anyway.

The breakfast was a standard free hotel breakfast. Breakfast staff was very friendly.
The location fit our needs perfectly as we were spending time with family that lives inland as well as time on the beach. The suite fit all 6 of us, but was certainly smaller than many other 2 room suites we've stayed in.
The front hotel staff was friendly and responsive when one of TVs didn't work.
The pool was a disappointment. It was the main reason we made a reservation here. Upon arrival we were told it was closed for chemical maintenance, but would be open first thing in the morning. However, it was late afternoon before it opened. So we had to adjust plans for the day. The next morning, our kids were anxious to jump in at 9am when the pool signage posts as open. At 9:45 the pool "engineer" came through the gate upset that we were there because now "he can't do anything". The hotel staff assured us that we were just fine, but it was disconcerting to be reprimanded by him and then left wondering if the pool was even properly maintained and safe to be in.....

location was great; breakfast would have been better hot or continental if you could not heat due to covid or staffing
grab and go breakfast-had to heat up sandwiches and breads

Location
Man smoking weed by the smoking bench. Very dirty carpet, cleaned up a water spill, paper towel was black. I was charged $179 for my dogs, I thought website said max of $170. They don’t use that money to clean. My dog found plastic trash on bathroom floor. There was wet toilet tissue stuck to bathroom floor.there is no dog relief area and what you had to use was full of poop. This hotel is expensive and not worth the money. We were in town for my grandsons memorial service, I thought we were staying somewhere we would be comfortable. We were disappointed
