とても良い宿泊でした！

スタッフの皆さんが皆とてもフレンドリーで親切だった。また今回、飛行機の関係でチェックイン前に到着してしまい、荷物だけ預けようと思っていたらご厚意でアーリーチェックインをして下さり、大変有り難かった。空港からも徒歩15分程度で(キャリーケースを持った状態で)到着し、周辺環境もとても良かった。SONYのオフィスも近くにあり、日本人も多いので安心できると思う。

どうしようもない点ではあるが、空港から近く住宅街ではないためコンビニやスーパー、飲食店は少ない。ただ、近くのハンバーガーショップのハンバーガーは美味しく、3日間食べ続けた。笑

Easy to get to from the airport (20 min walk). Short bus ride back to the airport, and easy light rail ride to Levi stadium

Outstanding service, a charming room, and an impeccably presented hotel made for a delightful stay.

I had an excellent stay with amazing customer service. The room was very nice, and the overall presentation of the hotel was impressive.

The bathroom needed some more cleaning unfortunately.

I would stay there again but park in the front.

Very nice hotel. The room was comfortable and spacious with bedroom separated in another room. Very clean and comfortable size beds. Also a pullout in the bedroom and another in the living room. View of the pool. Very small balcony. The staff was great and polite. Near the San Jose Airport and very convenient.

Sunday morning is the only day, which I needed, that didn't have breakfast. I didn't see that stated on their sight. Parking is $18 a day. Make sure you sign up or notify them the time you want to be picked up or dropped off. Luckily the driver had room in her van to take me get a rental car. The day we were leaving, a prius car in the parking lot had it's back windows smashed. Luckily ours was not touched.

Good position near the airport. Spacious and comfortable room.

I had payed in advance for my room with breakfast included, only to be told once I was there that on Sundays there is no breakfast! There was no hairdryer in the room. The housekeeping service tried to enter my room while I was still sleeping (luckily I had locked the door from inside and they couldn't open it completely)

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful! The cleanliness and safety are excellent.

Wish the restaurant/bar was open more consistently. Would be nice to dine/drink in the evenings in the lovely area down stairs.

I was overcharged and my request for a refund is ignored

I was overcharged. I sent my booking receipt and visa charges to your company asking for a refund of the extra charges but have received no reply and I don’t expect a reply so I’ll never return. I was ripped off.

The room was excellent as were the staff. There was an option to do laundry which ia great. The hotel is in close proximity to the airport which is definitely a plus.

I think adding an option for a free breakfast (pay more obviously) would be great.

The employees were friendly and helpful. Our room was updated and very clean.

The location isn’t the greatest. Not very much around within walking distance.

It was a great stay and super close to the airport!

Proximity to the Airport was great! Arrived at about 10pm and lady at the front desk was very welcoming. The shuttle driver was very friendly, even at 415am! She even took us a bit early because the other guest was not down in the lobby yet.
