Would Book Again

Clean and very nice room. Having the free breakfast was great. Nice set up and staff was very nice. Easy check-in/out.

Only have 2 elevators. However, one was broke. Waiting for the elevator was horrible, so I just walked down the steps. I was lucky because I was on the 2nd floor, but I also had a brace on my leg, which made it bad.

Incredible weekend spent bringing in the New Year with friends and family in a great hotel!

The location is perfect!!! We didn’t drive the entire trip! Parked the car, and so much to do within walking distance. Also loved the little kitchen and full fridge with ice maker. Lastly, continental breakfast.

The location of the hotel was outstanding! Right near everything at the Harbor, e.g., restaurants, attractions, etc.

Would have liked to have room with two beds (only one bed w/sofa bed available)

GREAT!

The housekeeping staff is superb!establishment! The front desk is superb. The breakfast was great and they offered a turkey option every morning as well as egg white selection.

The gentleman at the front desk made an error in processing my stay. However, that turned into a real plus because the front desk handled it and corrected it. How you handle situations is the true test of an establisment!

Breakfast was great! The scenery was exceptional. Everything was right there. Rooms was updated and clean. Had no issues. Check in was quick smooth. I love it. Will be back soon.

Enjoyed our stay.

Room was extremely clean, spacious and service was excellent. We also appreciated the late checkout.

Room did not have a safe or a USB port.

My family are happy esp we were able to bring our pet Niko. Thank you. I will definitely recommend this property.

it is pet friendly. I like that we got studio type & was comfortable. The housekeeper Molina was nice & respectful. Across the street is Gaylord where I was booked by our corporate for the regional meeting (American Renal Associates). Overall, I had an amazing experience on both work & leisure.

There’s nothing me & family didn’t like. It’s clean, staff are nice.
