it sucked

The whole experience was negative since they canceled our reservation and we were not informed until we reached the hotel. I had a 93 year old person with me and it was a great inconvenience. I don't think I will book through booking.com ever again

Decent. Would stay here again. Better stocked kitchen would make it better.

The pool and location were great. The rooms were a decent size and it was nice to have a kitchen.

The kitchen was not well stocked. Only 1 fork, no cooking utensils, no knives, and nothing to clean dishes with (dishcloth, scrubbie), hotel ran out of towels. Staff were responsive to our needs and did the best they could. More absorbent towels and a better stocked kitchen would have been great.

Two hours before check in the resort called to let me know they were overbooked and had to cancel my reservation. This was a weekend getaway for me and my wife and we were already on our way there when they cancelled due to overbooking. They offered no compensation for their screw up.

Except for the staff this place is a dump.

The staff, especially Akita and Marcus were TERRIFIC! Both were very helpful. If ES Sonesta Suites loses them they are in BIG trouble.

The pool was closed. No breakfast was provided. No coffee cups were available by the coffee dispenser. The toilet Tissue holder was broken. The mattress was terrible. Insufficient pans in the kitchenette.

The kitchen

The sofa bed was dirty and very uncomfortable to sleep on. There was a computer chair that was missing the leather on the seat and back. The carpet was full of stains. Needed to be cleaned better, dead bugs on floor, and how bought some towel racks. My granddaughter wanted to go swimming in the pool but the pool was nasty. This hotel is nothing like it's pictures on the website, so not like it's pictures. Would not recommend it ever.

Sonesta Suites is a great place to stay and very affordable!

I love the spaciousness of the room and the layout.

I count on having a refrigerator, which is one of the reasons I stay at Sonesta. The refrigerator in my room last night was not working and I couldn't get any one at the front desk. It was kind of late - about 10:00pm - so that may be why. I was very disappointed about not having a fridge/freezer.

didn’t have the room available I decided to stay I was given a handicap room. I was tried from traveling you can imagine how frazzled I was when I went into the room. I was put into another room only to find out that the toilet wasn’t working properly. The next morning I went down to the lobby to get a cup of coffee and breakfast only to find out yes you guessed it wasn’t any. when they are advertising free breakfast!

Disappointed in the hotel but at least it was quiet at night

The location was good for the wedding we attended and the personal schedule we had

The room needs cleaned and updated. The couch had a couple rips in it, the floor was stained in multiple places and extremely dirty, trash and cobwebs behind the nightstand, the refrigerator was loud and rattled when the compressor was running, there was something hanging from the underside of the microwave, the fitness facility had no clean towels and the sanitizing wipes couldn't be pulled from the dispenser, and the breakfast was extremely disappointing.

Wasn't the worst, wasn't the best!

Location and parking were great

Heat did not work, room was a little dirty and dated, dirty footprints on bathroim floor and toilet paper holder falling off the wall. Replacement toilet seat wasnt even the right size for the tiny toilet. TV was too small for being so far from the bed

Upon arrival I was greeted by a member of staff cussing to the woman checking me in about how she isn’t going to clean. She’s tired and over it blah bah. Should of taken that as a sign. Once entering the room I left after 5mins of being there. Didn’t want to touch anything. Black mold surrounding air vents. Missing shower handles. Dead bugs and old spider webs that haven’t even attempted to be cleaned. Walls are dirty and cracking. HUGE stain next to the bed, on the couch and on bedding. Just don’t waste your time or money. They won’t refund your stay even though you’re most definitely entitled to your money. Dirty and unacceptable.

Overall, it was a good size room at a reasonable price.

The location was good in a safe neighborhood. Room was well equipped, and room was a good size. Price was reasonable.

Some of the furnishings could be updated. The breakfast was very underwhelming.

I would have rated this as exceptional except breakfast was a MAJOR disappointment.

The room was very clean and the front staff very nice. Everything went well with the booking it was as I had ordered.It was very pet friendly with treats at the check in desk.

BREAKFAST !!! Limiting portions, not a great selection. No milk.... I was on the second floor with a great deal of stuff and there is no elevator.

From someone who stays out on a weekly basis we would not stay again even for half the price that I paid for this night.

the location was great for what we needed...also we stayed in the two room suite which was great for everyone to have their own space...they also did let us check in and hr early which I appreciated.

the cleanliness was awful...not just in one area but the whole unit...the more I looked at things the worse it was. bed was not that comfortable which made it hard to sleep. when I checked out the front desk did not ask how are stay was at all and when I informed them that the unit was dirty he seemed largely unconcerned and said he would note it. my guess is that they rent rooms monthly because there were people spray painting cars in the parking lot...cars covered up that looked like they hadn't been moved in some time.

I've stayed here many times over the last few years. It's just a good place. It's simple, clean and comfortable. Staff is always pleasant and accommodating. It's a good value for the money.

The cleanliness ruined my stay even though they moved me to another room that one too had issues being clean!

I love that it’s spacious.

The cleanliness was terrible!! And I’ve stayed here more than once and I’ve never had an issue till this last stay. Sofa beds are disgusting and not cleaned that it had maggots on it. Garbage under it. Shower felt like it was cleaned with shampoo that I almost slipped because it was so slippery and the walls were slippery as well! I found ants and a few other bugs.

The perfect room, but it needs some love.

Considering value for the money. our stay was great. I was looking for exactly the sort of layout provided, a 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms with some common space. The room was spacious and ther perfect layout. Each room had it's own TV as well and the room had a full kitchen with full-size fridge, stovetop, microwave and dishwasher.

Cleanliness! The couch was very stained, and I was uncomfortable sitting on it. There was some trash still on the floor in the bathroom when we checked in. Light switches and walls had either dirt or stains that were apparent. The room was missing a remote control for one of the TVs. On our last day, we woke up to our common area being infested with ants, ruining some of our food. The room next door to us had it's lights on and door slightly ajar when we arrived. After 3 days I glanced through the window and the room had been somewhat trashed, dirty kitchen counters, lots of trash, and there was a TV still on. 3 days into our trip and no one had even closed the door fully so I notified the front desk and the issues was handled. It makes me wonder what sort of things were happening just next door to us since the room wasn't secured for several days. One bathroom doors wouldn't close without lifting the toilet seat.

THE STAFF WAS GREAT BUT THE ROOM HAD ROACHES AND ANOTHER ROOM WITH NO HEAT

THERE WERE ROACHES IN THE FIRST ROOM , NO FIREPLACE IN THE SECOND ROOM AND NO HEAT IN THE 3RD ROOM AND AFTER THAT WE DIDNT WANNA MOVE ANYMORE I MEAN 3 ROOMS AND IT WAS VALENTINES DAY THAT GOT RUINED

I would definitely stay again. Things happen

The room was very nice and mostly quiet. It was on the bottom floor so it was easy to bring things in from the car. I also appreciate the fact that breakfast was 4 hours long even though I didn't make it

The fact that the toilet in my room was running ALL night making noise and by the time I woke up in the morning it wouldn't even flush. Also, the temperature wouldn't go above a certain point so it was freezing for majority of the evening.

Superb

The suite was very large, more like an apartment with a full kitchen. We were able to walk to a very charming district with many interesting restaurants and bars. It was easy to get to from the freeway.

The bathroom showed it's age. We could not use the fireplace which would have made it really cozy!
