Unprofessional

There was nothing to like. Certain staff acted judgemental and unprofessional. Extremely rude.

Well, the 2 Mexican ladies that were cleaning our room were rude. They asked if these were your towels.? They are dirty, and you will be charged. I was shocked. I have been to many places and never was told that. I looked at the carpet, and there were stains on the worn-out carpet, and they were worried about towels. I reported them because they were rude. They told me the staff told me and considered that a warning. I was shocked. Then, a 2nd time, they took pics, and she said there 2 towels you will have to pay for. So I decided well I would get my own towels and not use their towels. 1 wash cloth was used and not too bad. The other towel was not used, and they said this is the 3rd time you need to leave. I was like, are you serious?.?. We went next door to the Sonesta, and they made us leave, and we were planning on going back to sonesta es they said we could not come back there because of a few towels. I said over towels. The 3rd time, I used my own towels and not theirs, so I knew they didn't like us or racist I don't know what else it could be. I am a nurse, and my friend worked with trees . He had long hair and tattoos. I don't know what else to think because we did not use their towels and said we did. You pay all this money and use your own towels, and they still say something. My friends were so shocked. That was so ridiculous. Maybe they were trying to throw their weight away. God knows the truth, and in time, they will see how it feels 1 day. I was glad to be gone. Never in my life was I so insulted. Very unprofessional manager assistant.

it was comfortable and nice experience to stay in this hotel.

Breakfast was good but need to improve more variety such as fruit and different types of bread and location was excellent near to every place

Swimming pool was not clean and in breakfast black tea was not available

Disappointing

Location was great!

The breakfast situation was very different! you had to fill out a card and go pick it up. This should be stated in the booking information! The room we booked was unavailable, so they "upgraded us" we needed the washer and dryer as advertised. The bathroom was in the bedroom, the other guest had to come into the bedroom at night to use the bathroom. Random people standing in the hallway! no security entrance, ie. key card entrance. The maid service did not clean or refresh towels during our 4-day stay!

it was okay. place needs more improvement for sure.

I loved the room it was very spacious

there was roaches, a phone in the room didn’t work, refrigerator wasn’t keeping foods cold, washer and dryer area was not neat as well. also the hallways wreaked of musty cigarette weed odor.

very nice!!!

the room was wonderful and very clean. like an apartment. there was tons to do as well. pool tennis and basketball courts. Cute little fireplace areas outside too!

Not Worth the Price

Great location. Close to many cool spots in Richardson

Key cards didn't work on most doors. The buildings were not secured anyone could walk in the front door. Room service only came on the weekends when I was in the room rather than during the work day so I never had my room cleaned. I never got restocked on coffee/creamer. They gave me an extra 10 dollar charge on my bill for no reason. The pictures make it look like there is an oven in every room but there isn't. There is only a laundry facility on one floor.

The Breakfast Police!!

The suite was nice and clean with multiple flat screen tv's. Also they have a basketball court on the property.

The complimentary breakfast was dine in only with the staff watching you to make sure nothing goes back to the room with you. The pool was dirty and the bed could have been softer. Also each building should have a ice machine.
