I have a few complaints. You guys have no phone that will get you get us connected to your front desk so it’s not like I can call front desk for new towels unless I call off my cell phone. Your outlets next to the bed on the lamp don’t work so my phone didn’t charged last night
The view is of the parking lot, not great, customer service interaction upon arrival I would give one star and the fact, you have only one elevator on the property and you have to go back-and-forth to get to your room is extremely inconvenient. In addition you have no garbage cans under the bathroom sink or in the bathroom that’s uncommon . Also no microwave. And the rooms are super tiny. Minimal room to move around. Poor customer service. Management never called to ask how to make our stay better. I’d rate my experience and stay 1 star ⭐️
This is not the Courtyard Marriot you are used too. I’m surprised Marriott allows their name to be attached to this location. It seems as if it’s going through bankruptcy or just broke. Not impressed
Go to Holiday Inn Express up the street it’s better than this place.

Everything was nice and clean, staff was on point and made sure everything we needed was available. Location was prime for everything we planned to do during our stay.
Pool area was a little dated, but it wasn't a killer of the trip.
4.0
clean, value, convient, nice staff
The food kiosk was not open twice that we stayed unfortunately, but they were getting it going soon.
my under , was that they were renovating.
The pillows are too fat!!!
That is all Marriott’s fat pillows!
2.5
Friendly staff, clean, attractive facilities
The continental breakfast was dismal, and the Bistro was out of soy milk, so they could not make my latte.

Location. Very quiet for working. Walkable for both food options and through nice residential neighborhoods.
Breakfast and food and beverage services were limited. Guest laundry was out of service.
5.0
The breakfast was a very nice touch. Room was good amount size and everything functioned as required.

My booking. They had a hard time finding reservations because it was under my first name instead of last

Close to a gas station, the pool lite had a light in it that changed colors (my 6 month old loved watching it) staff was super friendly! wasn’t to far from anything.

If not for the fact that we were visiting family, I would have normally insisted on an in-room safe.
Breakfast was lousy. Don't know if it might have been better if not for the Covid constraints.
5.0
Breakfast could be a little better but at least there’s stuff
5.0
The room has curtains that keep all the light out!

They charged for Breakfest.
The Staff is under trained !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The bed very comfy, great location
The breakfast

Room was very clean and opened onto a grassy courtyard with a few seating areas. Pool had a colored light underwater that my kids really loved.
I hate the wrap-the-comforter-in-a-flat-sheet bed linen thing. Get some duvet covers so the comforter is actually protected and wash it regularly. Lighting in the room was awful --switch the LED bulbs to 2700 Kelvin for more flattering light for guests. The Bistro was technically closed due to COVID (because of protocols or staffing issues, I don't know which) and a "grab and go" breakfast was available instead. The breakfast was the most pitiful of any I had on my trip (which included 9 hotel stays at a variety of national chains): packaged baked goods full of processed junk, prepackaged cereal but only one variety, anemic fruit (oranges that were almost yellow), prepacked hardboiled eggs, and sweetened yogurt. It was really disappointing. I'd rather they discounted the room and not served breakfast at all. There was a great NY-style bagel place within walking distance (they couldn't have a standing order with them?). Signs indicated ice was available at the Bistro (though the arrows did not point in any direction that would lead to the Bistro --it was comical). I did not readily find a standard hotel ice machine so I asked the front desk. I was told it was "in the Bistro" --no other direction given. The only ice visibly apparent is BEHIND the counter, like you would find at a bar or restaurant. As I went to scoop my ice, a Bistro staff person scolded me for being behind the counter getting my own ice. Everything else seemed to be self-serve so why not the ice? Was I supposed to ask staff to get it for me? No idea! Was rather turned off by the experience. Also, pet fee was $20 PLUS $30 cleaning fee! $50 for ONE NIGHT?! Outrageous! That is twice the rate of other hotels and was not disclosed at time of booking.

Was a little hard to find because you can’t see it from the main road, but GPS took us right there

The location was in a beautiful and quiet location in Fort Collins. The staff was super friendly and we were pleasantly suprised that there was a grab n go breakfast!
All good.
2.5
It was clean.
The bed was terrible. We traveled across several states for 2 weeks and stayed in numerous hotels. The bed in this one was by far the worst.
4.5
Very friendly and helpful staff.. very clean room.
The pillows were too squishy and more towels were needed.
