Its location is close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Also right off interstate 66 makes it easy to get on and off.

Building A has the smoking ashtrays right outside the door. There is a huge patio, why have the smokers smoke right outside the entrance door everyone entering the building uses? Signs directing smokers away from the entrance doors and moving the butt can away from the door would be a great improvement.

Hard to Find Hotel.

Not sure why they ask for $5 daily parking when there is even no security that roams around to check for vandals and such. Don't mind paying if I see where the money is being spent.

I know the place is for extended stay and as such, has a kitchen with microwave, stove top and full refrigerator. However people should be reminded not to cook food that could emit so much smoke. The hallway was so smoky and tripped the fire alarm in the unit that was cooking. And the smell lingered for some time.

Fantastic for families with pets who want a kitchen

Very nice. The suite was clean and dog friendly (so I was concerned it may not feel/smell clean). The kitchen was great and we enjoyed the gas fireplace. We were very impressed with this property and will use it again when we need a place to stay in this area. We did not eat breakfast here so I cannot comment on that.

Excellent stay for a very good value.

Breakfast is excellent - great variety of good food. Very good value for a place to stay in this location. Suite is very well laid out.

Small point - but more glasses in the room would be appreciated. Also, shower pressure was not very good.

on the best place to stay on Fairfax for family.

We spend 8 nights ( my waif my 2 kids and I ) we booked on suite with 2 rooms. the staff so nice , location is perfect 2 minutes to Fair Oaks shopping mall, 3 minutes to Fair oaks boulevard . every things is near . room so clean.

Great place for families and pets. Good breakfast and attentive staff. Location is also good. You do need a car.

The $100 fee for a small dog seemed a bit excessive but worth being able to stay at a nice place.

Simply Amazing

The location is perfect, next to many and every store or restaurant that you need. Landscaping is gorgeous and the property is well kept. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is nice. Gym equipment gets the job done. No complaints

Double check to make sure they honor your reservations

Nice area

We found out our Room had been double booked only days in advance to our stay. They found us accommodations but we would have more than likely found somewhere else to stay if we would have known they did have the rooms available that we originally booked but it was so close to our trip if would have been difficult to find somewhere that could accommodate our family. And they didn’t even offer any extra offer for our inconvenience.

The staff was very helpful and friendly with one exception ( the desk clerk on pm duty on 5/20/23. Everyone else was great. The young trainee, Muhammad, was exceptional! The hot breakfast was very good as were the housekeeping staff.

Not much. The location was far from the Smithsonian. Throughout the stay, with the exception of the nice hot breakfasts, I couldn't find a place that served decaffeinated coffee. I brought along K cup pods but, because there was coffee in the lobby, there were no single cup brewers. But that is a very minor complaint.

Pleasent w/ Parking Fees

The rooms were very spacious. We stayed in a double bedroom and we had plenty of space to spread out. Breakfast was standard with both hot options and cold options. Very convenient to the metro.

There is a $5 charge or parking per night which is unfortunate. There is a big enough parking lot that parking is not "in demand" requirng additional charges. Honestly, it is a big deterent and may not stay there again because of the parking fee.

I had a great stay. The staff is always kind and my rooms are always impeccably cleaned.

There were many options for breakfast and the location is close to GMU where my sister goes. So it's easy for me to visit her every time I drive up. I also like that the doors are locked and secured.

The hallways could be vacuumed up a little more.

love and hate

I started staying in this hotel every time I visited USA since 2016 .. used to loved it … it was really family environment… not any more .. they changed the name and changed the quality of services…some of the stuff still there.. i was happy to see them .. rooms still very good size .. that’s the only good thing…and the location.

used to have the best breakfast… very bad choice now … so sorry for that .
