Location

Shower curtain rod fell onto my husband making him slip and fall in shower. Room needed repairs in bathroom behind door. Generally dirty and in ill repair

A room without grab bars and a commode that didn't even reach my knees. since i have knee problens AND ASKED FOR A HANDICAPPED ROOM. This was painful!!!

Price was extremely high for the poor quality of the room.

Hotel located next door to a sketchy motel. The day we arrived, front desk did not acknowledge us until the two women finish their personal conversation. Not a hello or a welcome, what’s your name is how we were received. Our room was not well cared for, the entrance of the room and bathroom had moldy walls and paint. Bathroom shower was dirty. Both beds were on bases that were old, unstable, squeaky, and felt like every time you moved that the bed was going to collapse. The room is poorly isolated as you can hear everyone in the hallway, making noise, screeches, slamming doors, etc. I had to turn the refrigerator off as it was making load noise as well. Parking has signage states they are not responsible another words park at own risk. Which only leads me to think they have had issues in the past. I do not recommended this hotel and I feel that the price was extremely high for the quality of the rooms.

Relatively inexpensive, but certainly nothing to write home about

Inexpensive costs. Free, hot breakfast included (although a bit bland). Microwave & mini-fridge in each room.

Tub / shower was cheap plastic surround. The breakfast options were numerous, but tasted fairly bland. There was some funky smell in the stairwell and general a stale odor throughout the building.

First time in a La Quinta

Breakfast was good.

Unfortunately when we checked in,the power in our room wasn’t working. We noticed the ceiling and wall was water damaged and we were worried that this may have been why there was an electrical issue. We ask for a refund because with kids we were worried about their safety (electrical fires). They said they couldn’t allow that but they could give us a new room They moved us to the room next door. The room also has huge water stains in the ceiling and damages water stained walls. The room also smelled very musty. I don’t write reviews but I feel like this needs to be addressed for future guests.

Your person that greets you at the front desk is not a happy person and doesn't make a good first impression. I hope she finds a job that she likes and finds a way to be civil to people.

I loved our suite. We had two very comfy king beds and a private bedroom.

I didn’t have the breakfast. I did take a look before heading out though. There was plenty to choose from including grits, potatoes, eggs, cereal and pastries.

It was farther from Nashville than I anticipated, but the property and cleanliness were a great trade off. We got the suite with the bedroom, and we lucked up on getting a corner unit so it was right off the elevator. And there are several food options very close by and even a Walmart for quick needs.

The conditions of the room finishes were very poor. The tub spout was falling off. Holes in walls were painted over. All the beds etc were new but the room didn’t match the furnishings conditions. For the hotel to charge a 150 incidental was outrageous. Most are only $50.

The breakfast was more than sufficient, and the staff ensured that your stay met your expectations. For the money, this proved to be an excellent value.

Would always prefer a more elaborate fitness center, but I also must admit, that as a lifelong gym rat, my expectations are somewhat different than most.
