Budget hotel good for a few night stay when all you need is a bed.

Housekeeping is limited to making the bed. Moreover, I found a roll of plastic bags (used for the bins) under my blanket. I found this as I wanted to sleep and my feet felt something unusual. Pretty unpleasant. Bathroom is ancient.

Austin Marriott North was a wonderful place to stay! We enjoyed ourselves & will come back.

The room was nice, comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the indoor pool and working out in the fitness center. The entire hotel smelled wonderful and we enjoyed the complimentary citrus water. The staff was helpful and very friendly.

The manager! Her approach is not friendly. Also there’s no microwave available in the room and no one told us that we could request one even though we asked the staffs upon check in.

I enjoyed my staycation and would recommend to my friends.

I liked the restaurant in the hotel along with the giant lobby. I liked my room with a desk and multiple ports to connect my lap top and electronics. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The shower head in the bathroom was hard to adjust with the height. Also a removable shower head would be so helpful. The bed was not very comfortable, I could feel the springs through the mattress. I didn’t like that there is no room service to rooms. If you already have a restaurant in the hotel why not provide this service to guests that may want to relax in their rooms. Also there were no brochures on the restaurant with menu or hours or the small cafe in the lobby to see what they provide and when.

Eyes open now, we would probably go back but we wouldn’t use Booking.com

The bed we slept in was horrible, I woke up with a backache. We booked our room in Booking.com and when we checked in we found out that we could not use the internet, we would have to pay for because we booked on Booking.com and we didn’t get a free breakfast for that reason as well. After we found out that much to our surprise, the hotel thought we were complaining and they gave us a complimentary breakfast for the next morning. Not complaining, just thought that was part of the money paid for the room.

The mattress was truly horrible, my husband had a different opinion I believe.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and rather comfortable. The breakfast was fine.

The swimming pool didn't look or feel very clean. You could see some dirt on the bottom and the water was cloudy. I wouldn't say breakfast is worth the money. I'd rather go to a breakfast place instead.

Would definitely return. great location, clean and inviting environment. Doors do need something to prevent slamming.

The customer service at this Marriott is unmatched. From the moment I walked in up until the moment I checked out. I was in town to run my first marathon and the entire staff showed such great enthusiasm and support! The bartenders and bar manager were absolutely fantastic. I traveled solo for this trip, but never once felt alone due to the amazing conversations had with these great people. They even prepared a custom pre race meal for me the night before the race. And the individuals at the front desk were so kind and checked in on me after the run and anytime I was in the lobby. All in all, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. I don’t think I’ve ever met such kind hearted people all under one roof like I did here. Thank you all!
