Needs an upgrade

Staff, room, location.

The carpet in the hotel was old and worn. The wall sockets were loose so we couldn't charge our phones.

Nice hotel in a good location but be prepared no breakfast is included which most hotels offer in this price range.

Nice property in a good location.

No breakfast included and only one ice maker on first floor. They told me when I checked in what time breakfast was served so didn’t even think that it wasn’t included until I went down and found out you have to pay. I declined to pay $15 for eggs and left.

Stay was nice overall. Rooms were clean.

Property was nice and clean.

We didn’t get requested extra pillows I asked for when booking the room. Bed was too hard, hurt backs. Had to watch tv from awkward angle in Bed. Left corner of tv was kinda cut off when pulled out on desk to see. I left message about a early check in, automated message came up, no one messaged me back. Mildew In the bottom corner of shower on left side. Soap dish was all the way in corner away from the shower head. It Was Hard to reach for shower soap and take shower. No shower dish on left corner of shower. Only on right far corner.

Should have been better.

Yes. There were some issues with the stay ... no soap in the room. Only one paper cup in the room. Not enough towels for 3 of us for 2 days. I asked 3 times before my requests were met.

The room should be managed better. Staff was very pleasent.

The location was perfect. It was central to everything and very close to the highway.

The electronic devices in the room were non-functioning the entire stay.

We enjoyed our stay.

Friendliness of entire staff. Front desk, housekeepers, other staff I talked to In elevator or hallways...respectful and great. Comfortable beds...Love! Only wish the pillows were firmer.

Room could have been cleaner. Air conditioner was dusty and mildew stained. I cleaned it myself. My room wasn't as impressing as a few years ago. It was comfortable, but didn't feel entirely clean and crisp. Fridge wasn't chilling drinks well.

Excellent

There was a bar and my cocktails were excellent and served by friendly staff; even got the recipe for the Black Cherry Old Fashioned. My room was very clean and well appointed. The common areas were very nice as well. All of the staff were very friendly and accomodating.

Breakfast prices were a bit high. I'm used to staying in places that provide breakfast.

perfect room for work week.

I loved the circle couch and the ability to use the patio off my room.

no trash cans by the door. I had to carry my trash up to my room. kinda weird. also complimentary coffee in the lobby would be so awesome

Good experience

The hotel was nice, the staff was helpful, location was right by triangle mall. Balcony was a plus.

very limited options in the snack area most areas had the same snack twice. Paid $9 for a coffee drink from the Starbucks on the premises and got hot milk literally no color. also, we got in late with her with our children for a competition they had and replaced on the first floor. I slept very little for the concern of being so close to outside with my child with me. The no pool was also sad:(

Breakfast NONE View was good

Was no Breakfast!!!!!!!!!!!! Had Starbucks coffee selling, Coffee in the room was good, I had only 2 little drinking (water) cups of coffee, second day requested more, the same kind of cup.

location , nice space to gather inside and out but with no cafe or coffee service available, no reason to hang out there.

limited luggage carts, non available checking in or checking out. limited time that bar/cafe was open, no free coffee or bottled water, no free breakfast
