Gutes Hotel für Gäste auf Durchreise

Frühstück war wie in den Mittelklasse US Kettenhotels. Keine richtige Kaffeemaschine wie wir aus Europa kennen. Lage war ruhig und Hotelzimmer genügend gross. Betten waren bequem und gross. Gratis Parkplatz ist auch zu erwähnen

Schade, dass sie kein echtes Frühstück anbieten.. Vielfallt ist minimal und geeignet für amerikanische Durchschnittsgäste. Kaffee ist schlecht und auch gibt es wenig Früchte zum Frühstück. Sonst ok

The hotel used to be cleaner and had very little choice for breakfast

The location and the bed is comfy

The lady the runs the desk. She’s always nasty to me when I come to visit my grandchildren

Don’t stay here!

Breakfast was just ok.

Door to the room stuck and was hard to close. Bad smell in the room, had to spray air freshener all night. Temp in room was very difficult to maintain. Either hot or cold. The beds were worn out and sank to the middle.

I would definitely stay here again.

Sean at the front desk was very nice and pleasant. The beds and bathroom were great. The pool 7/10, hot tub 7/10, breakfast 7/10, housekeeping staff 9/10, location 9/10

The AC/Heating unit was very dusty and hadn’t been recently cleaned. I’ve had a bad experience with air units before so I didn’t feel comfortable to even turn it on the two weeks we were there. The pool was usually really cold and there’s no shower or bathroom in the pool area. Breakfast wasn’t anything special but hey it’s free!

Well worth the money. Would stay there again.

Location was excellent it was very clean, that's very important to me.

the patio, elevator and laundry room could use some sprucing up.

Disappointed by lack of hot tub.

Breakfast was fine. Room was clean.

The hot tub was not working and the staff was not just kept saying it would heat, which was obviously not the case. I had chosen the hotel and paid extra specifically to have the hot tub Sank into center of bed, no support.

The front desk lady was very rude and uncooperative, the building was completely under construction , hard to park, no signs to direct where to go , they did no accommodate

The meet and greet on Wednesday was awesome the pool was perfect I would definitely come back

Superb

Television offerings were not very good. Buffet breakfast was okay, but nothing special. However, the staff was great, the common areas and rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the price was decent.

We were not made aware that the room would not be cleaned during our stay. No fresh towels or new coffee packets

We weren't there very long, but it was a nice room close to I-95 that suited our needs.

They had a nice hot breakfast spread that looked delicious, but we were late leaving and unable to stay for it.

The shower area needed some work on the wall and caulking etc that were showing their age and needed repair.

Quiet, but convenient location just off I-95. Nice staff. Had an easel by the front desk showing things to do, including WaterFire in Providence. When I noticed it, the front desk agent helpfully advised where we could find free parking at the event.

Bottleneck at the single microwave at breakfast. No hot foods at breakfast.

It was quiet and the breakfast was sufficient

Linens were only changed every 3 days but ours didn't get changed until the fourth day after complaining to the front desk

Our stay was fine but could have been better.

Location was excellent. Did not use breakfast. We went out for a full breakfast.

A new mattress in the room we were in. It was very uncomfortable. Requested clean towels and never got them.

Exceptional

The staff was amazing, we were here for a family reunion and they accommodated us to have gatherings in the lobby area. It was perfect. Not sure the desk people names. But there was a very tall gentleman who work the desk, he truly was amazing to us. Again thank you very much for dealing with nearly 50 of us!!

The lack of house cleaning and changing of towels. I’m sure due to covid this practice isn’t normal but I would have like to have been told this at check in, not sure we were. I don’t remember being told. But it was all fine as we just asked for towels and we took our trash to the dumpster ourselves.
