O quarto era bem espaçoso, super limpo e cheiroso! As camas eram muito confortáveis. O café da manhã foi muito agradável. Embora fosse parecido com o que sempre encontramos em hotéis de rede norte americanos, esse tinha uma opção de bagel sem glúten, o que para mim que sou celíaca, foi um ótimo bônus! Além disso, tivemos a grata supresa de ver um urso da janela do nosso quarto na manhã em que deixamos o hotel!

Wonderful stay in Asheville

Spacious room, very clean and two tvs. Desk, fridge and microwave were all nice to have. Great breakfast

Water pressure wasn't the best and with only one elevator you usually had to wait, but not really a big deal

Overall, would stay here again. Very friendly staff, room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel and room were clean, it had an indoor pool, breakfast included.

The hotel itself was safe-no issues. It seemed like it wasn’t in the greatest part of town. There was a bus stop near the entrance that has a very questionable crowd. The police were there at least twice during our 4- night stay. The indoor pool was decent, but a bit cold. I would have assumed it was heated, but it didn’t feel like it.

Clean hotel with large rooms and excellent staff!

Front desk staff was awesome! We enjoyed being greeted by Rob when we came back to the hotel each evening. He was wonderful and gave us some great restaurant recommendations! Loved that our large room was refreshed each day - hard to find in this post-Covid world! Since the elevator was a bit slow, we took the stairs exclusively during our stay. They were brightly lit and CLEAN - no scrapes or scuffs on the walls. The whole property seemed very well cared for. Breakfast was good with a bit of variety each day of our 7 night stay. The breakfast staff kept the area clean and well stocked. We used the laundry facilities and found them to be clean and in good working order!

Would have loved a muffin or pastry in addition to the bread/bagel selection for breakfast. The location of the hotel wasn’t super walkable, but it was convenient to the Parkway, downtown, and several restaurants. The room could have used a few additional pieces of artwork and some updated lampshades (room #315).

Tres bon hotel, calme et propre. Personnel tres sympathique.

Chambre tres confortable, avec tout le necessaire. Tout etait pret et propre. La chambre etait silencieuse, malgre que nous etions cote route. Il y a un restaurant Carraba's Grill accessible a pied.

Le petit dejeuner etait bien mais pas fou. On va dire que le minimum etait la. Pour acceder au restaurant a pied, un escalier pour les pietons serait le bienvenue.

Overall, very good stay.

Property was well taken care of. Staff friendly. Nice room (a little cramped for a suite.) Breakfast area very nice.

I think the website gives the impression that the property is much closer to down town. I had expected to be able to walk to the downtown area where the restaurants and other places of interest were located.

We need a room with three beds and this hotel fit us well.

Breakfast both mornings were not so well organized. Hot foods ran out and the eating area could be better laid out.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel and enjoyed the Asheville area and the Biltmore!

Very comfortable bed. Room was very spacious and clean. Quiet room at end of hall on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Asheville area.

The location was perfect, close to the River Arts District where I was attending a workshop.

Excellent choices for breakfast. Very clean facility, with a "new" or "newly remodeled" feel.

The elevator was not working at check-in. However, it was operational the next day.

Exceptional place to stay

Everything looks and feels fairly new. Spotless, so clean. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Kitchenette with sink and an ample desk with integrated power strip and comfortable office chair if you need to do some remote work. Indoor pool is open from early morning to late night. Fitness room is well equipped for a hotel, with new equipment including 2 treadmills and 2 ellipticals, a decent set of dumbbells with a robust bench, exercise ball and foam roller. And it's also open until late at night. Nice courtyard with tables and chairs to relax on. Consistent AC maintains an even temperature. Perfect location, lots of restaurants nearby.

Sofa bed was to be big enough for 2 to sleep. But it wasn’t really a sofa bed. It had a pull-out single bed but not an expected quay size sofa bed.

We had a great time and will be back again.

They had a great breakfast every morning and the pool was fun! Great location for family fun and shopping.

Bed was stiff at first but after a few days it was very comfortable.

It was okay. But Loretta the morning clerk Monday-Friday was AMAZING!

Everything was clean, and the morning staff was very friendly.

The guy front desk employee was extremely sarcastic, and not helpful at all. The elevator was broken, an old man had to walk down the stairs with a walker, and we had to help an old couple carry down there bags. There is not enough parking close to the building you have to park down in the restraint parking lot next door and park. House keeping would take the towels but not replace with new ones….

Wouldn’t stay there again. Should have been informed about the elevator outage BEFORE I checked in.

The elevator was out of service the ENTIRE atone. Breakfast was very underwhelming.
