It was horrible the elevator did not work we had to walk up the stairs then the 1 tv in the room did not work we had to

Decent for the night

Decent room size not very loud and plenty of parking

I booked a king size room and when I got there they said they were sold out of the king size even though I paid ahead. I was giving a I believe queen size room with no option of like is it the same price or refund or anything. The bathroom was pretty outdated the wallpaper was peeling off the wall and the toilet seat didn't stay up

Disappointed

Breakfast was decent. Option of boiled eggs will be good to add

Customer service at the front desk was terrible! Poor hot water. Hotel was quite noisy Actually had to leave a day earlier due to discomfort.

I will not be coming back to the hotel because I felt very uncomfortable

The room is really nice, but there was a false advertisement where it says pool sign in there actually is no pool

That people were complaining on me my guess who we weren’t doing anything there were multiple things happening in the hotel with other guests, but for some reason we were being pinpointed out of all of that also, some of the staff judged us, which I did not like you know, I paid my money just like everybody else and be judged you know I feel like that was really wrong

Our daughter lives in Milford and we’ve stayed in several local hotels. This is the best!

Location is excellent. Although it’s right off I-95, the traffic sound wasn’t an issue. The staff were all very pleasant. Each greeted me pleasantly and often asked if I needed anything. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. They even provided a gluten free breakfast muffin. Excellent service!

It appeared a towel bar had come down in our bathroom and the remaining holes freaked out my wife.

Comfy quiet and amazing.

The staff was amazing and really kind! super helpful when needed, and the room was also quiet and super comfy! I will 100% book again at this place when I go back to CT I was looking for a place like this! Thanks to everyone in this place. <3

The hotel was great, just upset the bathroom was dirty.

The property was nice. The staff were very pleasant.

My bathroom in the room was dirty. The tub had a ring around it. I had to clean it myself. I’m not happy about that.

Nice, quiet and relaxing.

The room was nice, I had a king suite with a sofa bed chair. The room was spacious and clean. I was able to store all my food and belongings with ease.

The television only allowed you to watch a select few. I couldn't watch any of my paid apps by logging in on the television. I had to settle for watching them on my laptop. Not enough amenities to use in the winter.

Disappointed

The breakfast was amazing.

My family and I always book at Springhill Suites in Milford Ct, for our kids birthdays so they can swim and enjoy the pool which is their favorite part, I booked It on October for my daughter’s birthday not knowing there is no longer a pool because it’s not stated on the app, this was very disappointing to me and the kids, we also spent money buying swimsuits Floaties and swimming accessories that we did not use.

Very nice stay We would stay again in the future.

The breakfast was good, the staff was very good and very helpful I gave them a very good rating.

The TV service was very bad,, no local TV service 90 percent of the time. The pool closed was also a disappointment.

Your staff, I must say was exceptional. Ready to serve happily 😊.

When I didn't have enough linen they took care of it immediately. Gladly, I really appreciated that.

It was great except for pool

Breakfast was great!

The pool was disgusting!! Never cleaned. Slime floating on the water. Pool was to be closed permanently later in the month but if it’s open for use they should have kept it clean or just closed it. We picked the hotel because if the pool so it was very disappointing

Great breakfast options, helpful staff. Plenty of shower necessities.

Staff could have been more pleasant, but I wouldn’t say they were disagreeable. I wish the pool would have opened earlier.
