Complessivamente abbastanza bene

La location è buona, le suites ampie, letti comodi e confortevoli. la cucina funzionale. La colazione era abbastanza buona e ricca, anche se spesso finivano cibi e bevande e bisognava richiedere. Il personale alla reception gentile. meno gentile quello della colazione. Servizio di Laundry e anche una piccola piscina che però è stata chiusa dopo pochi giorni

Sicuramente la moquette, macchiata nella hall e corridoi che dà un aspetto molto trasandato alla struttura. La stanza non è stata pulita per più di una settimana. La spazzatura non veniva portata via neppure all'esterno. Peccato perché con un po' di manutenzione e cura in più sarebbe comodo e non molto caro.

Stressful & disappointing! Never again!

This location was close to my son's, an I.U. student's apartment.

The room was not clean! No dishwashing soap & clean towels. White Castle burgers were in microwave & McDonald wrapper & bags were in nightstand drawers. Carpet wasn't vacuumed. Kitchen counter fell apart; handyman was called to fix it. The air wasn't working until handyman fixed it. Sheets were not clean! Pool was full of bugs! I had planned this trip more than a month in advance and hoped to gain more clients for my business as well as spend some time with my family. I remember receiving better service from Marriott Hotels in the past, but found this quite lacking hospitality & cleanliness. I told management, and was offered another room at another hotel because all hotels were booked or a refund: I asked for the refund.

it checked all the boxes for me. I will definitely stay again and this was my 2nd stay here. We come for Oliver Winery a

Location to everything and good restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was good. I like having two separate bedrooms when traveling with friends and this hotel hits the mark.

it could use some updates, I.e. new carpet, fresh paint, updated shower area. The coffee was weak and watered down. I couldn’t drink it.

The two bedroom setup was great. The breakfast was awesome. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Living room furniture was dingy and dirty. Common areas smelled funky and smokey.

I won't be coming back to this locations

nothing was likable able my stay

I can said that I won't recommend this location to my out of town family Customer service was lacking. Each time needing front desk staff, I had to go looking for them. If you and listing food for the breakfast need to have the food in the first hour. No breakfast on Monday at 7 am light was off and no one at the desk. The carpets had lager stain in the room. Stains on the couch The pillows had no life in them. Key cards need to be replace multi times in three days

We booked with free breakfast but when there was none and the receptionist said they ran out of food but actually we found out that the cook didn’t show up and nobody fixed food for us!

People at the front desk were nice.

The breakfast was two doors down and barely anything was offered. There was food residue in the kitchen sink upon arrival. The “pantry” downstairs to buy supplies from was almost completely unstocked.

Not that expensive, even tho it was graduation weekend.

It was really dirty, totally unacceptable. The housekeeping staff were never available. Our room was cleaned once in 4 nights - and we requested it since it was so dirty when we checked in. The rest of the property, especially inside, was dirty too.

Cleveland browns are wonderful yeah the kitchen a complete kitchen full kitchen sorry the bathrooms are clean I mean it's cleaned a little bit but other than that they have laundry facilities which is nice it only bad part is no pool inside but that's cool and no breakfast at the time but that's all right I got food in the refrigerator as long as they don't go bad.

I didn't like that the refrigerator doesn't stay cold and I've got lots of food in there and I told him and nothing's been done yet other than that nothing else I didn't like at all.
