Blonde bartender woman was very helpful on giving us places to go and the coffee guy was very nice and friendly

No house keeper to deliver towels. Even had ,we had to go and get our own towers and bring them up to our room

Conveniently located to where my weekend plans took place

Great location. Very comfortable. Clean room. All needs met in my booked room

The only reason I did not give a perfect score is when I booked the room almost 2 weeks before I stayed there, I specifically asked for a top floor, end unit. I didn’t want anyone above me as walls tend to be thin at hotels. And the hotel received my request and wrote back saying they would do as requested. But I did not get what I asked for. 6 floors in this hotel, I was on floor 4 right in the middle of the 4th floor so at times, there was noise above me while I was trying to rest. Why lie? I don’t understand why say yes, then do otherwise. I was not in a mood to go argue my point and ask to change rooms I was exhausted.

They were repaving the area right outside of the lobby, so it was a little inconvenient and confusing to enter when we first got there

Fantastic location to stay for my business trip with yummy breakfast and a luxurious pool!

Wow! Breakfast was fantastic! I loved the variety and the flavors. My favorite was the peanut butter toast with berries. The Starbucks coffee was the perfect addition!

I wish the hot tub had been open instead of blocked off. I love hot tubs, and believe this would draw more guests to the property if possible.

Disappointed!! Won’t stay there again even though it’s in an area where we visit family a couple times a year.

On my confirmation email, in writing, it said there was a meal plan to partake in the Breakfast for $10. We were then told at the front counter that it was NOT TRUE and the booking agent just adds that info to their site to attract more customers!! ie. Booking.com!!! You!!! We then spent over $40 for over priced coffee and breakfast!

a little sleepover for mother and daughter to see the Flamenco show in Woburn, nice hotel.

the breakfast included gave us choices from the menu and was good the atmosphere of the hotel was very nice

the staff at the breakfast were always forgetting something until my breakfast was just too cold.

Never stayed and never will.

Nothing! There was some kind of adult gathering happening near the lobby doors very late when we arrived?

Everything!! Reserved on booking many months previous! Got to hotel and the hotel said they had cancelled my reservation but could tell me when! I had called earlier in the day to confirm reservation and tell them that we will be late because we were coming from a concert in Boston. Person on the phone said we were all set?? Being up since 5am that day coming from Maine arriving at the hotel was so needed! Not sure what happened but I definitely put all my blame on the hotel!! Will not be staying at a Marriott again! We ended up driving home to maine exhausted. Which we were trying to avoid, hence reversing a hotel!! Thanks a lot for nothing!!

Very good

I went there becauseb of the closeness of Melrose Wakefield Hospital where I had surgery. It was convenient to stay there and not to drive long distance in trafgic before and after surgery

They advertise hot tub but there is no hut tub . The took it apart and do not plan to reopen. It should not be on the website

Good value in the overinflated Boston market.

Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was safe with excellent grab bar. Bed was comfy. Bedding was comfy.

Check in was a little difficult. I wanted early checkin, but they didn’t seem able to accommodate. I was able to get in 30 minutes early only. But there was no extra charge.

Highly recommended, especially if you're particular and anxious about hotel stays!

The cleanliness was phenomenal. No stains on sheets or towels. Crisp, white linen. Staff was courteous and very pleasant.

Next time announce the pool situation in all travel website

Hotel room is fine, staff is very professional, our issue is with the pool, it was closed. There should have been a warning so that we could pick a different hotel with a pool. We went on vacation specifically to relax and use pool as part of our plan

Amazing experience especially while traveling with the toddler!

The room was super clean and had all facilities we needed and the staff was super friendly and accommodative. For the price, it was really good.

Nothing. Only difference we felt was the breakfast info. Initially it was mentioned that it is a flat rate of $8 but the reception mentioned that it was pay by item.

the pictures of the pool are not accurate. there is no hot tub. lots of remodeling going on very confusing. slippery plastic all over floors. check in staff was not very friendly
