The most comfortable hotel room

I loved the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room with a cute balcony and the guarantee of the most comfortable beds in the world.

The hotel offers starbucks coffee but unfortunately it doesnt meet the quality standards of a proper one.

Clean, quiet, and convenient

Room with balcony and modern bathroom was lovely. Couch was quite comfortable for TV watching.

At that price, the breakfast buffet should have been included. Especially since it was nothing special and no better than Hampton Inn.

Pricey and no room cleaning during your stay. $300+ per night - ????

Just off I89 easy to get to.

The water pressure in the shower is weak. Not sure if it's a water conservation issue but it's a trickle and makes it a struggle to remove even shampoo from your hair.

OK, we mafe the best of the situation

Location fine.

Shower liner dirty, bed sheets had oder, for 4 adults we had to ask for additional supplies towels, 4 people there should have been 4 towels, 4 hand towel, 4 face cloths????, toilet too low, room too small , 1 chair in room

Extremely friendly staff and very accommodating to our request. Definitely gonna stay here again

Breakfast spread had great variety and the food was fresh.

Pool water was a little cold (we were expecting heated water) but we sucked it up and enjoyed it regardless.

Great One Night Getaway

There was a distinct line of chlorine across the top of the pool, we were told breakfast was included, which come to find out it wasn’t. I ordered a bagel, the outside was hard as a rock but the inside of the bagel wasn’t even toasted. The elevator appearance was also very outdated for the facility i believe.

They don't recognize Booking.com reservations that include breakfast

Proximity to city

The room we booked had breakfast included. However, I had to explain that to three different desk assistants, who at the start were denying that it was included until I showed them the booking everytime. Finally one gave me breakfast vouchers but the lady at the breakfast cashier charged me anyways. I asked the desk assistant to please remove the charge from my room, he said he would immediately do it...after checking out I asked for the receipt and saw that the breakfast had been changed anyways to my credit card...I indicated that to the desk assistant and finally got it removed. I am very unsatisfied of their service because I felt like I was asking them to give me free breakfast, but in fact I had paid a higher price for the room to include breakfast.

NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST-HOTEL NEEDS UPGRADES

The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable and location was good.

Found several bugs in the room, towel racks were falling off the wall in the bathroom, shower floor was worn out, shower curtain was nasty, there is not a CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST at this hotel, there was no dinner either. Breakfast was not available until 8 am and we waited a long time for our food that we had paid for as Breakfast included in our price to stay there. Lots of confused guests about the Breakfast and the menu was very limited and expensive.

brief business stay, I have stayed here before a few years ago and enjoyed it.

Considering the rate for the room breakfast should have been free.

free breakfast, for the price of the room your should be covering breakfast. My wife & I stayed in a Hampton Inn outside of Boston 2 weeks age for alot less per night and free breakfast. Burlington is nice but it's not Boston...

On my next visit to Burlington , VT I will not stay at the Court Yard Marriott in Williston.

The room was comfortable and clean

No breakfast and no coffee in the lobby for two days. The manager said the problem with the staff and problem with the kitchen The ice machine on the second floor did not operate. The facility charged a heavy premium because of foliage season in VT

Way overpriced for what it was.

I did not have breakfast there; I was just there overnight with some morning business in town before catching a flight home.

There were ants in the room, which may be hard to control all the time but again for 290.00 my expectations were much higher than what was ostensibly an average hotel room.
