Great stay

Walking distance to venue. Very clean. Staff really nice. We ate dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious. Service was great in the restaurant. Had a dirty martini and perfectly made. Fridge in room kept water super cold. Bathroom so clean and shiny almost had to wear sunglasses. Beds comfy. Highly recommend. Parking was a breeze they have a parking lot

Was not pleasant

Convenient location as I was attending a holiday gathering

My partner call down room service and there was no answer then he went down to order food to take up to our room and was told hell no. Was told it was to busy because it was to busy and that it wasn’t going to happen and told him he could go to coop across street. It’s pretty sad that you’re staying at a hotel that has room service and wouldn’t provide. I left him without a car because we were told there was room service but wasn’t treated nice when he had to go down to order then turned him away. Not happy about that at all. No matter how busy a paying guest at your hotel should not have to go thru that. We will not stay there again

no laundry service possible for long stay guests, although laundry bags in room. place clearly understaffed, which impacted the usual professional image of Marriott. very nice terrasse / patio present, but not serviced restaurant area next to breakfast room, no ambiance...

It was okay for a night but a high price to pay for low expectations

I liked the location of the hotel only

I booked a king bed room for a high price and, because the hotel was over booked, I got a two-full bed room and the price did not change. I could not receive any benefit because as I booked through a third-party (booking) the hotel did not take responsibility.

The Courtyard by Marriott was very clean, comfortable and convenient to where we were going.

The location and outdoor seating for relaxing. It was quiet and comfortable.

there wasn't a breakfast and we couldn't find a restaurant in town that served breakfast

Meh. Expect more from a Marriott.

Full service hotel. Nice lobby.

Room carpet was dirty. Interaction with staff at check in was uninspiring. Homeless persons slept on the bench across the street.

Convenient and clean but struggled when it was time to sleep

really close to the venue we needed to be at every day, clean, the restaurant was accessible and nice

it was so loud outside of the rooms at night. the train came by multiple times and you could hear everything from out in the hallway

The location was very good.

AWhen we checked in we were told incorrect information about how to get our room cleaned. When we tried to get the room cleaned as per our original instruction, the girl was rude and argumentative. We spoke to the manager later that day. She blamed the other staff member. She did get our room cleaned.

Exceptional

Staff was fast and friendly, Nice Clean facility. Staff was very nice to my pet when we arrived. Desk clerk gave great instructions to us and told us about the food services available.

One of the elevators was a little scary, made a lot of noise and shook when it reached the top. Scared us to death, LOL! Would be nice if they offered a breakfast for the price we paid.
