Breakfast was great! Good selection.

Comfortable and big breakfast dining room. Staff was very nice especially considering our issues.
First room smelled musty and of cigarette smoke. Upgraded to another room which looked amazing until bed time. There was lots of blood on the bottom sheet and some on the top sheet. Staff provided clean sheets and duvet. We were compensated the next morning with snacks. The bathroom light over the sink was out and the shower head was inadequate and tub was slow to drain. We informed the front desk.

Very warm welcome and a warm atmosphere. Breakfast was phenomenal.
Some trouble with key card.

Room 304 had broken panels on HVAC unit. Loose Toilet seat appeared to have no bolts. Dresser drawers opened by them self (we don't believe in Ghosts). Had a foul smell.
Buffet ran out of food by 8 am.

Rebecca checked us in and was very warm and accommodating.

we really enjoyed our King Bed Suite! Enough room for my toddler to run around and not feel cooped up when we came back for the night.
The breakfast was a little interesting. Omelets in bags. I’m guessing it’s due to COVID, but overall not terrible.

Room clean.
Our keys never worked always having to rekey our keys. Breakfast closed too early.

The room was cool in temperature. Appearance was welcoming.
The carpets were not vacuumed under the bed skirt. The bathtub did not drain. Housekeeping claimed to fix the problem but did not. Reported to front deck upon check out.
Asked for shampoo from housekeeper, was told the ran out.

On June 26, 2021, I booked a room with a king bed and a pull out couch for 3 nights for 3 people through booking.com. The confirmation number was 2294214272 and the pin code was 4646. On July 9th, I confirmed by email and phone call that we definitely wanted the room even though you no longer had a room with a pull out couch (we would bring an air mattress) and we would need late arrival, we arrived at 11:30 pm. We checked in and headed to our room. Soon after unlocking the door and walking into the room, we realized we were in someone else’s room. We thought the key card was only programmed incorrectly. Back down at the front desk we were told that there was no room for us and the clerk began to scramble and call other hotels to find us a room. Luckily he was able to after several calls to hotels and to his colleague to seek guidance. I insisted the charge to my credit card be reversed immediately before I leave. This request required another phone call to his supervisor. Since it was so late and we had been driving all day from Colorado, I wanted to get myself and my family to bed or the situation was going to get unpleasant. The following day, I called the hotel and spoke with Mary. She assured me that even though we booked the room through Booking.com, the total amount to my credit card would be reversed. I am still reviewing my credit card account to be sure that does indeed happen.
Fairfield Inn and Suites and Booking.com should have reviewed our reservation immediately and not confirm it if there was no room available for us. Or if there was a room available at the time of booking, don’t sell it to someone else after you’ve already issued a confirmation.

I love that my room was located where I had a clear view of my car was simple and the staff was friendly was quiet for the most part and seemed clean
The above mentioned the only thing that I didn’t like was how hard the hotel room doors to each room slammed shut. And I was disappointed that the pool area was closed. I didn’t see a mention of that when I booked my stay and I understand there’s a pandemic but I’ve traveled quite a bit recently and everywhere else I went to the pools were open.

The staff working when we checked in were very nice and helpful. Nice to have a complimentary breakfast.
We booked a king size room for 5 people with a sofa. The sofa was to small for 2 no bedding supplied. The mattress was hard and you felt the springs all night long. Walked in the room and the window was opened and the room was very cold. No bathrooms for guests to use except for the one in your room

We were put in a handicap room and did not request it. The shower had no ledge so water ran completely all over the floor. The tv did not work so when we called the f4not desk we were told to unplug it and reset it ourselves. There were no towels when we checked in as the maid forgot so we had to go and ask for them.
